“A couple years back, they installed a snowplow for me and did a perfect job on it. Now years later, I had the wires accidentally disconnected out of the two prong socket

Unfortunately, they did not have the part I needed, but they shouldn’t have it because it’s a part that comes from the manufacturer of the snow blade, which I found out after talking with Gunnar. Who not only help me troubleshoot the situation gave me a way to bypass it. In the meantime in case we get snow tonight as well as outside of the box thinking that help guide me in a better direction to hopefully get the item replaced for free by the manufacturer because it was a plow, I bought elsewhere I didn’t buy from Valley tractor so they just did the installation for me which was done Top-notch

But I have to go back to Gunnar and give him a big shout out for thinking outside the box and brainstorming with me for a way to bypass what I need that will be safe and effective until I get the replacement part from the manufacturer DK2 snowplows

“Tale of store#2. Well, if you followed the review on the Westside store, welcome to the end of the story. I came to this store on that same Saturday to pickup the rest of parts needed and from the minute I walked in, I was greeted and they were very friendly!! Everyone was in uniform shirts tucked in and looking very professional. The young man who helped me was on point and tried to help fix what the other store could not. Not only was I happy, I will now come back to this store. I got my Disney movie ending and would hope more come in for the professionalism they give you here. As someone who has worked in two different parts stores, this is how customers should be treated. Thank you for the great treatment, and I look forward to coming back.”

“Went there last week as a spark plug misfire showed on my portable code reader. Leo is a very nice young man who came over to check my car to see if he could direct me better on what to do, unfortunately it was in an awkward place (and I also didn't have tools) so he recommended a couple of local mechanics. He recommended a great guy Augustin from Koras who was able to see me late on a Tuesday evening to give advice and he wouldn't take money we offered for giving his time.
