We made an appointment for following week.When we were heading home he gave us a call and said he actually had them in stock so he was able to get us in the next day and get them replaced.so we got it done and was able to pick it up the next day. Have had other work done before on our other Honda cars and they are always friendly and courteous when we go in.”

“Top of my list for taking the time to help me out. First time using Discount Auto Glass... They scheduled me an appointment very quikly. My Rear truck glass had been broken for several months , I must have tried 5 different timed to plug that hole, using several products. Sooo the shop absolutly did an over the top, bent over backwards just cleaning and preping the frame for the new glass. FYI the price on the glass and workmanship is by far the fairest and affordable. Believe me I have called many places ranging from Auburn to Mount Vernon and seattle to East Wenatchee. “A couple years back, they installed a snowplow for me and did a perfect job on it. Now years later, I had the wires accidentally disconnected out of the two prong socket

Unfortunately, they did not have the part I needed, but they shouldn’t have it because it’s a part that comes from the manufacturer of the snow blade, which I found out after talking with Gunnar. Who not only help me troubleshoot the situation gave me a way to bypass it. In the meantime in case we get snow tonight as well as outside of the box thinking that help guide me in a better direction to hopefully get the item replaced for free by the manufacturer because it was a plow, I bought elsewhere I didn’t buy from Valley tractor so they just did the installation for me which was done Top-notch

But I have to go back to Gunnar and give him a big shout out for thinking outside the box and brainstorming with me for a way to bypass what I need that will be safe and effective until I get the replacement part from the manufacturer DK2 snowplows

“I pulled my camping trailer over Blewett Pass to camp at Confluence State Park in Wenatchee, and just before I got over the summit, blew my power steering pump. On a Friday morning I called probably 15 shops around the Wenatchee area, none of them could help on such short notice. Finally saw Robles and Robles, and called expecting more of the same, but Jose said he could probably do it today if he could get the part. I drove over in the morning, he confirmed it was the power steering pump, ordered the part, that had to come from Pasco, and had it by 4pm. They don't have a problem working past 5pm, and by 5:40 I was back on the road and the problem was fixed. Amazing. When an issue like this happens and you are on the road, you don't expect to find anyone to be able to help on such short notice. Thanks to Jose and his son, I can enjoy the remainder of my weekend, without stressing about how I'm getting home and how/where/when I will be able to get it fixed. And it was cheap, $268 total with labor! I can't remember the last time I had an auto repair that cheap. I apologize for the length of this review, but I can't say enough about these guys. Jose and his son were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I can't recommend them enough, especially if you're in a pinch.”

They took care of everything directly with my insurance company so it was as easy as possible for me. I live two hours away from the shop and when there was a miscommunication about the plan for me to pick up my car, the owner Isidro immediately went above and beyond to make it right, ultimately driving my car to me, and washing and vacuuming it - it looks brand new. “This dude is so cool. He let me do a walk in last minute, well i called but still, day after i called to come in i went by his place. I bought the wrong ignition coil for my car and didnt have enough to run and go get another so he BOUGHT ONE FOR ME!!! Dude had it in less than 10, maybe 15 minutes. Installed it in mayybe 10 minutes as well, probably less. 10/10 service”
