“Tyson Valdez at the East Wenatchee branch was outstanding when helping my granddaughter and I open her first account. Very good experience for her. Highly recommend this small, hometown feel branch! Thank you Tyson for being so kind and patient!”

“In a world where customer service is totally extinct; this place is not. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a sincere hello, hi guys or a howdy. The folks who work in this bank are genuinely interested in helping you with whatever you need. It is a unique experience that I appreciate! Thank you”

“I came in with a problem involving my debit card today, 9/10/25. The person helping me was, kind, professional and helped me get everything to where it needed to be. She even helped me earn more interest on my checking account. To top it off she called me back to tell that the services fees were reversed. Above and beyond customer service.”

“I always have to make deposits in this bank for the company I work for and the workers here are very kind, especially Mauricio Perez when you still see that he is not a teller, he helps me if the line is long and he always answers my questions patiently. Good team”

“Had to come to Wenatchee for a family emergency. Became my mother’s POA and CVB E. Wenatchee was there for me. They helped me get my mother’s accounts in order, were patient and took the time to get everything right and taken care of properly and legally. They were so kind, understanding and helpful. I can see why my mother liked banking here for so many years. A bunch of wonderful staff there!”

“Being from the west side, I read the really awful reviews on this branch, and I was super nervous about doing the business that I needed to do here, because it was sensitive and needed attention to detail. This branch did exactly what the rest of them do. They welcomed me in, I explained EXACTLY what I needed, and they locked in and took care of it! Welcoming, warm, and professional.”
