“I've had accounts with Chase for years. A bank of this size can never be perfect, and certainly there's a lot of phone voodoo that happens when you call in. I wish they would just ring the phone at the local branch to speed up day to day activity.
I also wish they would keep their tele-work employees in the United States; however, I've had no major negative interactions when calling in (except for the language barriers). Overall, I'd recommend them. Learn about Mortgage Amortization schedules BEFORE you refinance. Do a little homework.”
