Supposed to be open 12:09 still not open.
Don't bother wasting your time at this store they never have what they need to sell you a phone. The lady who runs it doesn't even know what she is doing. Just a completely unprofessional operation and a joke of a boost mobile store.

We are from out of town and stopped by to find out about switching to boost.
Came to the store at 4:44 on 12 July. Sign said closed, will return at 4:00.

I'm on the verge of switching companies! Phone service is good. However in-store service needs major help. They're very rarely ever open when they say they are. And only one time did I call and they opened and met me at the store just to help me with my issue, which was very much appreciated. Just wish they were more consistent with those efforts.

Worst costumer service. The guy was literally sleeping when we walked and had the worst attitude. Curly hair and teenage looking guy really needs to not work there if it’s not something he likes to do .

If you need to pay your bill in person this place will work. If you are trying to find a case or an accessory for your phone try else where the staff don't have the ability to be helpful usually only one their at a time so it makes the trip their slow and painful

Stopped in yesterday to purchase a new phone. The gal at the counter was neglectful, careless, and had zero information about any of the differences between the phones i was debating between. She basically tried to pawn the sale off onto another employee who also didn't have any answers, while they were busy discussing a quincinera I stood there like a fool hoping to get some information. I had to fo my own research online while standing there and then as I was getting ready to pay, shes throws in a $40 service charge. Service for what??? Is customer service this dead and gone?!??! Negative stars if I could. Please hire some staff that can assist customers
