Had a really awful experience over the phone with Jodi today. My automatic payment from my Chase bank account, that I have been making for years, was somehow lost by Cashmere Valley Bank. I called Jodi to make a payment after stopping the initial payment, and was told about the late fee I would have to pay. I asked Jodi if that could be refunded to me, since it wasn’t their fault, and her reply was “Well, it wasn’t our fault either”, very matter of factly. Then she proceeded to say “And if you fight it, I can tell you right now, the answer will be “no””. What terrible customer service. What an awful person to have to deal with over the phone. Oh and she kept calling me “Gloria” when she bloody well knew my name. At least try to say my name. Thankfully my car is almost paid off and I will never have to deal with this bank again.

My auto loan is through them and I pay my loan on time but it takes them a week to process this. I get so many calls stating I'm going to be late on my payment. (Their fault I'm going to be late) I will never have an auto payment through them ever again. Their customer service is very poor as well.

Customer support on the mobile app could be a lot less condescending and a whole lot more helpful. When I expressed concern over security issues, instead of suggestions or reassuring knowledge, I was met with an offer to turn my mobile banking off if I had worries. How can anyone function today without mobile banking? You might as well suggest that I remove my accounts. Not only not helpful, plain rude.

Apparently 2 years after moving they finally start mailing notices to my new address 100+ miles away to let me know I have over draft fees I gotta pay before I completely close my account. Figure ok np problem call to pay and nope, I'm told that I'd have to mail them a check. Thinking that mailing a check is odd for this day and age I call a different branch that then informs me that the only way to pay is in person at a branch. So now I am not only irritated that I can't use the easiest simplest form of payment but I also was originally instructed to pay in a form that is not accepted. I feel as though the first person wanted a bonus to their paycheck and tried to scam me. I don't ever recommend this bank to anyone if they are gonna make it easier to get scammed by an employee than to make a payment to close an account. If I could do no stars I would.

Wife was a member here for years. She tried to get a car loan here and did not get a adequate proposal. She now banks elsewhere. Not sure their reputation has recovered from the ATM incidents either.

This is for the Home Mortgage department in Wenatchee. I purchased land near Cashmere and was looking for a Construction Loan quote, they told me only (Bryan/Brian) could give me a quote but he is busy on another line. Left a message to call me ....nothing...so I called back two days later. First call the mortgage department left me on hold for 20 minuets with no explanation of why/how long/etc... Hung up called back and they said they would have to call me back...so I said “have Bryan call me†.....never received a call back!!!!...NOTHING!!! So my loan went to Rick Hallberg from Washington Federal!! Rick is very knowledgeable and hard working...save yourself time and go see him!!!

They can't get their card services right. I've been declined numerous times with pleanty of money in my account, have to drive to the ATM to pull out cash. Then today I go to the ATM to pull out cash and it won't work, says to contact my financial institution. Extremely Frustrating. Only good thing going are the helpful tellers.

Nothing bad to report. The only problem I feel Is for a person who has no car, a walk up ATM would be nice instead of using the drive up one and have to worry about cars coming up
