Here I am, one state away from home waiting for your branch to open because here in Wenatchee, You only allow $800 withdrawals from an atm. That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I can’t even pull enough to make a truck payment out of an atm. This needs fixed.

I'm done with chase I'll be taking my business elsewhere the customer service has gone downhill. Today the gal in the drivethrew totally did it for me, this place doesn't care about their customers and that's really too bad. I loved banking with chase but it's the only chase in my area so time to try someone else

Would like to give a shout out to Jaska Sommers for notorizing three legal documents this morning. She greeted me witha "Good Morning" as soon as I walked through the front door and processed my paperwork promptly and professionally. A very personable associate I will recommend this branch to all my friends and relatives...Thank You Jaska.

Local bank never answered repeated phone calls. No voice mail available. Message suggested calling a 1-800 #. After navigating a long phone tree I got to a customer service rep who said she was transferring me to the nearest bank branch. Insert palm into face here. Was transferred instead to a different bank but fortunately, the person that answered the phone took the time to answer my questions, contacted my nearest Chase Bank branch to me, and called me back with the answers I needed. Very grateful to that employee who went out of his way to help.

Marco Granados had amazing customer service! He was very helpful and answered all of my questions with a smile! At least I think so because he was waring his mask. He was also patient with customers when they look little longer! Amazing job and keep up the good work! The only thing I would say is possibly higher more people like Marco because this branch seemed a little under staffed.

Seriously, who takes time to review a bank! Well, since the only review was 8 years ago I figured it was time. I've been banking at this branch for the last 2 years. Whenever I go in I am always helped quickly, kindly & efficiently. I notice they seem to always have on staff a bilingual young man always cheerfully helping Spanish speaking members of our community. My real motivation for this post was my visit yesterday. We are in the process of setting up a family trust requiring several banking documents. We were there close to 2 hours & the young man helping us, Joshua was knowledgeable about this process. It required scanning, document review, notary signatures, online application, assignment of new accounts, transferring of funds, ordering of checks & cards. It was a tedious task & the duties were completed flawlessly. Joshua was apologetic about the amount of time this took, although out of his control. He was kind, patient & never rushed through anything. I know there are a lot of banks around, but I've always been pleased with the service i have received here!

Applied for a credit card online. Got a letter back saying I had to prove some details, fine. Went into the bank to have an employee do it so I didn't mess it up and of course the employees messed it up. Told me it was all faxed through and I call chase today and they say they never received any of my documents... 2 weeks of my time wasted waiting for this thing. Thanks CHASE! Going with a different provider.

they picked and choose when to give me a monthly service fee ,I paid an overdraft fee caused by a monthly service fee and a day later, another monthly service fee was added to my account causing another overdraft fee. It's been a couple months with the overdraft fee on my account. I went to go pay it the fee off and my account was terminated. They gave me no warning that they were going to be doing so and now I'm being sent around in circles trying to figure out who to pay to get this over with. DONT GO TO CHASE, THEY SUCK!

Very poor customer service. I will never return here, and will never entrust them with a cent of my money. Fiscal mismanagement across the board, and utter incompetence at all levels of employees. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten and-a-half foot pole. I will not be back!

Came in to the branch to clarify accounts and activation of dormant account. manager Alex Parada was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond with his service and exceeded our expectations
