I love the brands and products sold in this store… Unfortunately today when I went in to buy something I needed I had the worst costumer experience of my life. The older lady named Ellen who we encountered was terribly unprofessional. She yelled at me and my friend and refused to sell us the product. She did not guide us on how to open an account, she simply left the front desk and walked away when we were asking her how to open an account. She simply said to figure it out and she didn’t care. She gave us attitude. My friend asked if there was someone else with better costumer service available to assist us and she said she was the only one. Even though there was another employee in the store. When we finally left because we simply couldn’t reason with her, she said in a sarcastic voice “have a great day ladies” and laughed with the other employee there. I don’t wish this experience on anyone, I can’t imagine how she treats other costumers. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or if she was discriminating due to my accent. But that is no way to treat anyone. I had never had this experience in this store before.

You have one of the most endearing, funny and loving individuals that has been there in your store for a very long time. Heard she no longer is working there. She makes shopping there fun. She makes you feel loved and important. The children love her. You have a great loss.
