“Was in the store today for up grades and to get my daughter her first phone. As you all know this task is never fast and takes most of your day. The staff in East Wenatchee T Mobile were all so nice, professional and personable making the time bearable. I even witnessed a customer that was less than human towards Efrain even threatening him if he did do what he wanted him to do. Efrain remained calmed, polite and tried to compromise with his management scope of duties but this was not enough for this person. I just want people to remember, employees are hired to deliver services to customers that are set by corporations, they don’t make the rules they follow then in order to feed, cloth and house their families. GREAT JOB today Efrain!”

“My Mom recently had shoulder replacement surgery so I have been accompanying her on her errands to help with any lifting. We live in Quincy so our closest Costco is East Wenatchee. I found the store to be well stocked and clean. All of the check-out lanes were open and the cashier that helped us out was named Kurt.Kurt was super efficient and kind to my Mom. I was impressed with his packing skills as he seemed to effortlessly find the perfect spot for each of our items to fit neatly in the two carts we had filled. The large order didn't faze him and my Mom enjoyed chatting about his Uncle's steer. He is definitely an asset to Costco. After putting all the groceries away in the car, I was greeted by a smiling pair of young men who collected our carts without hesitation.”

“Don't listen to bad reviews. This place has a very wide selection of snacks. I come here all the time with my dad or just on my bike. The prices are a little high but it's no big deal. The only real problem is the location. A really sketchy area in general, the people around there are very rude and gross. One time I saw someone actively car jacking an RV right by it. But the store itself is very nice and I suggest you go there for snacking.”
