Well...been going here for years until yesterday. I got out of surgery for a total knee replacement and my prescription had been called in for hours. I really needed.my pain meds but they would not put a rush on it. All they said was you have to wait your turn. They didn't seem to care. Time to move on to another pharmacy

These are the most patient, compassionate and helpful ladies and gentlemen......always polite and willing to slog through your insurance and doctor office obstacles for you. I love this pharmacy....thsnk you Kelly, Tammy, that other cute one, etc. Lol.

STAY AWAY! This place is terrible, last thing you need when someone is sick. This is but one example:
Three days ago my 89 YO mother had a prescription sent to this clown show pretending to be a pharmacy. I confirmed they received it with her Dr, despite their claims/lies they didn't have it. News flash, there is a time stamp when they received it. I tried to call them twice this morning, both times after a long hold someone picked up the phone and immediately slammed it down without saying a word.
I'm transferring to a competent pharmacy but even that is held up because FM staff either can't or won't get it done. Either way don't waste your time, unless you like waiting in line for an hour, that's the best you can hope for here.

The Staff in this particular pharmacy is always really busy and it's because they process through a lot of prescriptions and they have to do things accurately and they also work for the patients in getting insurance providers to pay for their for prescriptions. These pharmacists and pharmacy techs deal with long lines and it's not because they're slow. They just have a heck of a lot of prescriptions to fill and on top of all of that, they have to communicate with doctors and insurance companies.
These people work really hard to fill many prescriptions in a timely fashion.
Remember that these people also have to deal with angry customers that are in a hurry. These people deal with verbal abuse on the daily when it's not deserved or appropriate by these angry customers.
They're just doing their jobs. They are just helping people. That's what they do.
Please be kind to the pharmacy staff as they're only human.
I honesty think the staff at this pharmacy works hard for us. Thank you for your services and being awesome. You guys have always been friendly and helpful. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Always end up have to go in to even get things started to be refilled, I called 5 times today and never once got someone to answer the phone.

I'm thinking about changing to a different pharmacy. They are very slow at filling prescriptions. If I don't want to have to wait in the store for them to fill it, I have to call ahead of time and bug them to fill it and sometimes that doesn't work.

Pharmacy is obviously understaffed and chaotic. I have been, I believe, very patient but with continued mistakes and confusions I am unfortunately am going to have to transfer out.

Only pharmacy that you can actually find open during the weekend, not just the weekend, 7 Days a week, most M-F, maybe Saturday. Freddy’s 1 - 0. Great Service, with technology for speed, service, and overall customer satisfaction, Freddy’s 2-0. The line MOVES!!!! No explanation needed, other Corporate “Pharmacies” in the valley have one person, who is typically runs the drive thru/register with a line of customers who are ALL whining, including myself, yet there is no time that its any different, regardless of the the day (oh, and M-F pharmacies). Freddy’s 3-0! They actually have friendly service, and although I was in a bind due to a business trip/overlapping my fill date that needed approval necessary, they worked with my doctor on providing a refill as promised the day before I left, so I didn’t need to stress it prior to departure, that 4-0….. Should I say more! Interesting; as I am writing this review, I was just notified my prescription is ready for pick up! It would be to easy!
Fred Myer pharmacy team, you guys absolutely rock! Personable, friendly, I never feel as though I am ever a bother (and I can be). Team is absolutely second to none!
BTW - Yes, we’re talking pharmacy! Freddy’s sets the bar way too high!

Over the last 2 years I've continually dealt with problems with this pharmacy. Today was my last straw, the lady on the phone argued with me about what she originally stated. I have been with this pharmacy since my youngest son was born. I have transferred myself and my kids to a different pharmacy.

Slow lines and long wait times to pick up a prescription that the automated call center said was ready. The staff couldn't care less about you.

RX for 90 days read: “ 1 refill BEFORE 7-30-23”. They refused to fill it at any time before 7-30-23 because it would have been less than 90 days between original and the refill.I was 2500 miles away at that exact day when I was eligible to refill by their rules. When I returned and requested a refill they had no record of that RX number.That means another convoluted message to my doctor to explain why I need a replacement RX or possibly an expensive visit to the doctor.What gives FM license to misinterpret written doctor orders?

Run don’t walk away from this store. It’s promised remodel is months in the making meanwhile the pharmacy can’t seem to staff itself to the levels needed for the area, closes down at lunch leaving you in a queue, texts you they order is ready and then makes one stand in a queue that doesn’t move only to close. The pharmacy manager should be fired and the store manager should be as well as this has been the norm for months. Shame on them!
