Over the last 2 years I've continually dealt with problems with this pharmacy. Today was my last straw, the lady on the phone argued with me about what she originally stated. I have been with this pharmacy since my youngest son was born. I have transferred myself and my kids to a different pharmacy.

Slow lines and long wait times to pick up a prescription that the automated call center said was ready. The staff couldn't care less about you.

RX for 90 days read: “ 1 refill BEFORE 7-30-23”. They refused to fill it at any time before 7-30-23 because it would have been less than 90 days between original and the refill.I was 2500 miles away at that exact day when I was eligible to refill by their rules. When I returned and requested a refill they had no record of that RX number.That means another convoluted message to my doctor to explain why I need a replacement RX or possibly an expensive visit to the doctor.What gives FM license to misinterpret written doctor orders?

Run don’t walk away from this store. It’s promised remodel is months in the making meanwhile the pharmacy can’t seem to staff itself to the levels needed for the area, closes down at lunch leaving you in a queue, texts you they order is ready and then makes one stand in a queue that doesn’t move only to close. The pharmacy manager should be fired and the store manager should be as well as this has been the norm for months. Shame on them!

Not sure what’s going on here but I won’t be filling another script here. Came in at 2, was told to come back in 2 hours, came back at 4, the line was insane, left, came back at 5, the same but worse, left, came back at 6:40, waited an hour only to be told that the pharmacist had needed to look at my script but they “forgot” so “why don’t I” come back tomorrow afternoon. I would have taken it somewhere else if I knew it would be this big of a problem.

I called in my blood pressure meds 4 days ago gave them 3 days and they were not ready I've been back 2 times and the lines go all the way back past the electronic section

Friendly staff but medications are NEVER ready when they say they will be. I have been told before that it’ll only be a 20 minute wait when I was originally told it would be ready hours earlier, and I still had to wait over half an hour

Make sure to call ahead to ensure they have your medication, they will not let you know that it's unavailable unless you go in and try to pick it up, even though they know they are out of stock and not expecting any anytime soon.

Awful awful woman working here! I ran in at 659 for a prescription they called to say was ready and she refused to give it to me. Basically screamed, WE ARE CLOSED. I feel terribly sorry for the family she goes home to.

I never write reviews but this is an exception.Been shopping at Fred's my whole life so naturally it was my go to pharmacy as well. For about a year (2021) I picked up monthly refills for my prescription. Only once or twice did they ever get it right.The first three months they gave me the wrong thing.The next month or two they got it right.After that, they never had my prescription ready on time. I started ordering two weeks in advance because they would text me to tell me my order was ready, then I would go to pick it up same day and they had nothing ready or available. I told them every time that this happened a lot and they never did anything about it so I kept ordering further and further ahead of time.The final straw. I was due to pick up my prescription after multiple delays (so many that I needed to take the refill THAT night). I show up after they text me it is ready, only to be told they won't have stock until the following Monday. I tried to show them the text I had and they adamantly insisted it was wrong. I left, transferred to Walgreens that night and managed to get the refill, and haven't had any problems since switching.NEVER go here unless you don't have a zero choice. I wish I could give it less stars.

I’ve had absolutely horrendous experiences here. My prescription gets lost almost every time, and when I call to ask about it, I get hung up on repeatedly. Very stressful, unreliable, and unprofessional.
