I went there to buy a 12 pack of Coca Cola. They were charging $9.99. I didn't buy but went to another non-Kroger owned store and bought the same product for $5.88. Wow, what a ripoff store.

I located the entrance with the clothing right away. There's plenty of parking for Schmoopie's and my Prius. (I've been married to him for over 16+ years I must be doing something right.) I also asked for the area where the fruit rollups or fruit leather was in Produce. I was told it's on Aisle 12. It's not there. I blame corporate. I think I like the fruit rollups and fruit leather better than Applets & Cotlets... but,... it's probably just me. Maybe in the better areas of the store there are "less people who want to be offended by my Blackness..." although,... there are many people who think they can "say whatever words or phrases they want to Black Americans (or African Americans... if you prefer)". As a BIPOC cis-gendered woman... I don't like to "spend all day perousing the aisles... while contemplating why people want to stand directly next to me or in front of me blocking my path..." it's 2024.... and it's illegal. There weren't any cashiers who told me that I couldn't take my purchases to the main cashiers in Clothing... so that's where Schmoopie and myself checked out. Schmoopie told the cashier the story of when I was working at Kroger (Fred Meyer) before and the cashier thought what happened to me was "terrible..." maybe she's friendly. Most of the items on my shopping list were easy to locate... with the help of my taller Schmoopie. There weren't any items I couldn't locate at this branch of Fred Meyer... in Central Washington state from my shopping list. I will probably be back... but,... we like a different location much better... it's closer to my other vacation Resort(s).

One lady name Brandy who works inside made my shopping here a terrible time. She helps you, but get flustered answering questions. I won't be coming here again!

Good selection, great products, grocery, and home. Self checkout sucks but they always have a lane or 2 open for those who don't like self checkout.

The butcher was not at all accomplished with his work and gave me not what I asked for. Also, based on being placed in my freezer I'm not a receipt hoarder so they will not accommodate my life it took to earn and make a wage.

Was the standard visit. Got what I needed. Found out that their pharmacy is currently the only one in the wenatchee Valley that doesn't accept Premera insurance. So there's that.

I am even lying by giving them a one star. Their pharmacy department sucks and their employees talk to customers like they hate their job. I called to check on my son‘s prescription that he needs to do daily tasks and function they told me it would be ready in two hours so I drove an hour to go pick it up then when I got there I still waited in line for 15 minutes just for them to tell me that it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow afternoon when I told them I spoke to someone on the phone they told me there’s nothing they can do and gave me so much attitude even though I talk to someone on the phone and they guaranteed me it would be ready in two hours. And I couldn’t even get a sorry from the employee. Miserable people shouldn’t be working in customer services!
