“I love this gym community! Sam and Nan are the best coaches, they modify exercises to your needs while pushing you to achieve more when appropriate. I started going after some medical issues and felt comfortable explaining my needs to Sam. With coaching and guidance my confidence has grown. This Gym is the best would 1000% recommend.”
“I love this gym! Staff is kind and helpful! They have self serve snack/ drink station. I feel safe with the security cameras when I come after hours.
I think it’s a great option for people at any stage of their fitness journey! I love that it’s open 24 hours. I often take advantage of their showers and locker room, which allow me to get in a workout before starting my day! Equipment is older, but functional. There are a few different alcoves where you could get a little more privacy for your workouts if that’s something you care about.”

Cheap starter price, friendly, welcoming, modern equipment, good AC, water fountain, bathrooms, showers, basketball court, good drinks. Nothing bad to say about Eastmont Worx. Great work my friends”
