I've been shopping at HT since the 90s. It's become an overpriced, boring sell-out hollow shell of what it used to be. I walked in, and I walked out in less than 5 minutes. It's so cold in there constantly. The store isles are too claustrophobic. You can find better quality band shirts at lower prices than HT. I'm not paying 30 dollars for a reproduction of a Van Halen t-shirt from their 1984 tour for 30 bucks. I'd rather give them my money. Ask yourself why retail stores are shuttering. It's been right in front of you for years.

My experience was good, the workers there were nice and helpful. I recommend this place if you need cute or cool accessories!

I was told by customer service my order was lost, after it didn't get to the store in 10 days. Then the store called me the next day and had my order all of a sudden, and since I'm out of town, they won't even hold my order for ONE extra day for me! I was told conflicting information and now they won't do anything to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. Awful customer service.

Depending on the clerk. Some are really cool, some act like they'd rather hit you with a brick than sell you things. I never need help, I don't bother anyone and I always buy stuff

Love this store. Always well stocked and staff are super helpful. They even told me where to find a squishmallow in town that they don't carry. Great deals on squish and sanrio!
