This is the worst store. No customer service at all. Nobody answers the phone or if they do they hang up before you can talk to them, it’s ridiculous. I ordered 2 items for same day pickup, 3 days later nothing. Can’t reach anyone on the phone and now I have to go there to get a refund.

Macys has tired, uninspired, women's plus size clothing. I was told that the buyer didn't even order any plus size swim wear this last summer. They went from my favorite store to my last favorite.
