Tale of store#2. Well, if you followed the review on the Westside store, welcome to the end of the story. I came to this store on that same Saturday to pickup the rest of parts needed and from the minute I walked in, I was greeted and they were very friendly!! Everyone was in uniform shirts tucked in and looking very professional. The young man who helped me was on point and tried to help fix what the other store could not. Not only was I happy, I will now come back to this store. I got my Disney movie ending and would hope more come in for the professionalism they give you here. As someone who has worked in two different parts stores, this is how customers should be treated. Thank you for the great treatment, and I look forward to coming back.

Always a great, kind, and fast experience. In specific the assistant manager, he really bends back backwards to get everything resolved. Everyone is very helpful. Definitely east Wenatchee O’Reilly’s is where it’s at for all your truck/car needs.

I had a problem with my car and couldn’t pinpoint it. After testing the battery, the employee, I believe his name was Cain, not sure if he is still there, helped me get a new battery in the car and on my way just in time to get my son to a birthday party.
