Alfonzo is one of the most pleasant people I've spoken with in a long time. Consummate customer service skills. Brought my vehicle in for a problem I've been having since I purchased the car (not from Armstrong), but nobody believed me. I just thought I was turning into a bad driver! Ended up the steering column needed to be replaced and happy that Armstrong Ford was able to fit me in before my pre-owned warranty ended. Saved me thousands of dollars. Literally made my year! I was not enjoying driving the car at all.

Super happy with the service department here. They are very helpful and really take care of their customers. Seems like a good quality business.

This dealership completed a repair on my expedition as part of a Ford recall for an engine rattle due to cam phase problems due to poor engineering. They said they fixed the problem and then a while later an independent mechanic said I still had the problem. I called PA Ford and talked to Manager. They said because the recall had expired they would not repair the problem correctly. The manager went on at length describing how the problem could have been missed by a technician by not starting the engine cold ( the fixed was done day before Thanksgiving, sure people were in a hurry) but did not admit fault or offer to fix. Ford corporate was a joke as well. I've since bought a suburban and will never return to pat armstrong Ford again or buy a Ford vehicle ever again. Total waste of time and money. When I see an expedition on the road I cringe. Also had an un locatable AC leak. Just an all around lemon. Pat if you are reading this your crew had a chance to make this right and did not do it. This is the only post or review I've ever done on Google. It was that bad.

Service department was extremely friendly and helpful and very straightforward about their findings with the vehicle. Work was performed in a timely manner and was very impressed with the quality of work. Treated me like family.

Out Service rep, Alphonso, was incredible! His customer service skills are A+++. I had the problem misdiagnosed twice from a different ford dealership and Pat Armstrong Ford got it right the first time - excellent experience!

This review is for their service department. I have been getting my 2013 Hyundai Elantra serviced and oil changed here since I moved to the area. I am the original owner, and only started bringing my car here because of a local referral and we don't have a Hyundai dealer in the area. They do an extremely thorough job and have always provided me the best service and prices. I went in today and they gave me my oil change for free just to say thank you for being a regular. That would never happen at another run of the mill oil change place. Thanks for the great service guys and looking forward to my next visit!

Very disappointed with the lack of communication in the service department. Alfonso had agreed to replace the water pump and thermostat with no additional labor for the two to be done together because they are located together. The car was completed and the thermostat was not replaced. They never contacted me during the three days they had the car to tell me this. I was not informed until I picked up the car. Now if I want to replace the thermostat I will have to pay for the labor again, which would be another $1000 or more.

I commented on the booking issue. I think appointments for normal servicing could be made several days out, not weeks. It was nice to have a "free" car wash, but it was not a very good one since it spray washed but didn't even include a blower to get the water off. It is only good if an attendant is on site and he was hard to find taking an extra 15 minutes. That said, I thought the dealership experience was very good. I used to own two dealerships and appreciate good service.

Ford had my 2020 explorer for 5.5 weeks due to a snap ring in the transmission falling off and burning up my clutch. The service "advisor" was super nice day 1, then the longer they had my vehicle the communication was gone. Unless I called, I never got an update on my car. Then when I did call I was treated as if I were a bother. They left it in the back parking lot behind the shop when it was waiting weeks to go into the shop with the windows down, but not to worry, the doors were locked.... Thank goodness a friend happened to be at ford and notified me. It was finally "fixed", went and picked it up but not even 4 days later went to the garage to leave and there's transmission fluid all over my floor. I'm told that I need to pay for a tow truck to get it there. I bought my car from them to support local, and while I'm well aware dealerships have no control over what vehicles have issues, and know that mechanics are in demand, Ford's lack of customer service, poor communication and disregard for customers lives that are being inconvenienced is unacceptable. My car has been in the shop over 2 months with them as of now and who knows how long this next stint will be. 100% regret my purchase and will not be a returning Ford customer.

We were traveling with our airstream and had a loss of power issue. We contacted Armstrong Ford and they got us in immediately. The vehicle would’ve been fixed the same day if the part was not on back order. They overnighted one from another dealer and the truck was fixed the next day. Incredible service.

They provide great service, The Service advisor always keeps you updated on the needs of your vehicle. They have a shuttle service to take you home and bring you back while vehicle is being serviced. Thank you

I’ve purchased and serviced many vehicles from a different dealership before moving closer to this location. I had a great relationship with my past ford dealer and Pat Armstrong has surpassed my expectations. I will continue to buy and service all my fords here. Good job fellas.

I have always had my car looked after at this dealership, no matter who owned it (Town Ford or Pat Armstrong). Service and warranty people have been the same so it's been a very smooth transition. My service advisor has been the same for more than 7 years and I've appreciate his attention to detail.
