Thank you, Jane! ❤️ We took our red Aussie/McNabb mix, Jenny, in for her first salon bath and nail trim. Jenny is afraid of everything and we weren't sure how she might behave. Apparently, everything went VERY well. Jenny was happy and untraumatized when I came to pick her up. I'm so thankful for Jane's calm, kind way with her. Will come back again. Highly recommend.👍🏻👍🏻

Grooming service: groomers are very unorganized. Went to schedule first puppy bath appointment in person. I was asked about vaccines and I informed them about when my puppies vaccines were. They scheduled me and when we showed up for the appointment I was told that due to their vaccine policy we would have to get rescheduled. They scheduled my appointment knowing about their policy and then told us to reschedule when we show up.

They tell you that they have a product on a said aisle and they don't. Other times they don't know. They need better training on what they do and don't have. Sometimes they tell me they don't have something and I keep looking and they do have it. They don't seem to care to help or know anything! When I show them they did have it they get hissy about it. Not a good customer experience at this one.

We bought a conure from petsnart a couple of months ago and it was a great experience. When I go in for supplies they always ask how he is doing. We take our doodles there for grooming and they are attentive and pay close attention to the style requests. This is definitely where we go for all our pets services and supplies!

As someone else mentioned, petsmart should not have grooming services if they don’t know how to deal with dogs. Petsmart claimed my dog was being aggressive. I took my dog elsewhere and everything went well because they are people who truly care about your pet. The new place I took my dog was also confused about what Petsmart claimed about my dog. This makes me wonder what goes on behind closed doors. It makes me wonder what evil behavior did the groomer have towards my dog.

My dog is not aggressive nor has EVER shown aggression and a worker there refused to give my dog a haircut because apparently she “bit” a worker, who goes by “Malakai T”. She claimed that my dog bit her and made her bleed. I don’t know what the hell happened behind closed doors but I ended up taking my dog somewhere else. This other pet salon I took her too was even super confused because my dog was sweet to them the whole time. I don’t recommend taking your pets here because who knows what the hell they’re doing to your pets behind closed doors.

I can say in full confidence Aubry F at Petsmart in Wenatchee WA is the best in this area for Goldendoodle. I am the one of very complicated dog mommy, and I admit that ?. We moved a year and half ago from Florence KY. Since we got our baby boy we have been taking him to Petsmart. Chris R was his groomer since he was a baby and she is the best in Florence KY and Cincinnati area (she is still his groomer while we are at home in KY). We had a problem to find a really good groomer in Wenatchee WA, and finally after a year and half we found Aubry F. She followed all written instructions from Chis R from Florence KY and also asked us what and how we want our baby boy to be trim. Thank you Aubry for taking a really good care of our baby boy Tito ❤️. Also I would like to thanks for discounts for regular customers that Petsmart provide and for the manager at Petsmart in Wenatchee WA and Florence KY. It means a lot for dog parents who use your services at pet salon all the time. By the way Titan (Tito) is coming to Petsmart every 4-5 weeks for bath and grooming and he enjoys in his spa day ☺️.

Shantell was very helpful, nice, friendly, polite on the phone when I called. She
told me on the phone I could save 25% if I bought 2 packages instead of only one!
When I came into the store to pick up my purchase she called me by my name & thanked me for my business.

Don't have grooming services if you don't know how to handle a dog. Waste of time. Also why have an appointment if you've scheduled multiple dogs at the same time. All around horrible experience.

Learned about Petsmart's absolutely asinine corporate policy today, which is to refuse grooming services to dogs who have been medicated PER VET INSTRUCTIONS.
My lab is an excitable dude. New places, new friends - he's so happy he loses his mind. So his vet prescribes mild sedatives for stressful events...and this organization just won't have him.
Friggin' amazing that Petsmart is smarter than the veterinarian doctors... (that's sarcasm, from now on I'm calling it Petdumb)
