  The delivery was a week late and everytime I called to get an update I was transferred to a call center in the Philippines where they knew literally nothing about anything.

  One of your truck drivers today on the Mt Hood , Government pass highway needs to learn rules of the road, and courtesy. He would not pull over to the right lane allowing people to pass., he was a total hazard to navigation .....as well as rude. He nearly caused a wreak !
