I was picking up a prescription for a friend. The website said they were ready. When I arrived at the East Wenatchee Safeway pharmacy I was greeted with an eight person line and completely rude pharmacy technician. She looked as miserable as she acted. I don't know why anyone would put up with that BS when you are the paying customer. Go to costco.com or Xpress, scripts my people. I never give a one star review, but it was pathetic.

The Pharmacy tech helping at front counter provides the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have given this pharmacy many chances. NO MORE. The person is so rude consistently! No eye contact, doesn't acknowledge you, no smile, and obviously hates her job. The wait in line is always about 30 min. (6 to 7 people). It's painful. I go to pick up for someone else. Due to this customer service I will no longer shop at this store.

self check lady jumped into my place when I was trying to pay with 2 different cards and was having troubleInstead of letting me go ahead and fixing the issue she decided for me to re-do the scanning of all my itemsI then totally forgot to scan my discount member number at that pointNot getting sale prices made my coffee 18.00 verses 12.99, coffee creamer 7.00, yogurt 7.49 etc...everything is double or triple expensive in this store and without the sale prices it was 20.00 more than it should have been so she did not help me at all as I did not get any sale pricing and did not realize it till I got homeThat feels like I was ripped offNot ok.

Was cheated by a cashier, bought $10 worth of items and was charged $50. Wasn't sure if it was intentional or because of incompetence. BUYER BEWARE. Also staff is super rude, once a cashier handed me back my change and I counted it myself to maje sure it was accurate and he shot me with a snotty: "I TOLD YOU IT WAS $25!" Jesus I wouldn't talk to a junk yard dog on the street that way let alone a customer. Place is overpriced and has little variety, you're better off going to Fred Meyer instead. Also had a bad experience at the customer service area when I tried to send money through Western Union, this old rude lady claimed she couldn't find my previous information even though I'm in the system and sent money through that location before. Was forced to put in all my information again which was just a big waste of time because she made a mistake. Also don't go to the pharmacy here, it is super slow and THEY WILL screw up your prescription

We came here because of the gift card selection. We stood in line, and the checker told us we have too many gift cards, and it takes too much time. Go over to Customer Services. We met Johnny H. He said nothing when we told him what we needed. he rolled his eyes and reluctantly activated our cards. No, hi, no goodbye nothing. Perhaps this store should stop selling gift cards since it is such a chore and an inconvenience. Johnny's badges said bookkeeping, perhaps that's where he needs to be.

The employees do NOT wear masks and neither do they enforce masks. Imagine how nasty the produce and meat products are. Will never shop here again.

Last week, after shopping at Safeway for decades (since the 80s), I was violently expelled from Safeway for shopping without a mask. I am 65 and have a doctor's exemption and offered to show this, but was bruskly told by the manager that he didn't care what I had! As I checked out at the self-check machine my transaction was cancelled, my grocery bag was roughly seized, and I was insulted and told to leave. The Wenatchee Safeway has always been a depressing experience for me, but their colors really came out that day for me. Masking is not an option for me and I'm in agreement with my medical expert. I can FEEL the congestion when I wear that thing. Besides, viruses are not stopped by masks and the state makes exceptions for those with medical conditions. I will not be shopping at Safeway any more. They have a very sad sense of community.T Fitzsimmons

They could require customers wear masks of other material to cover their mouths and noses to protect other shoppers And Safeway employees. Today, after 20 years was my last trip to Safeway. A store that doesn't care about customer/employee safety in a national (60,000 Dead) health crisis can do without me. Costco has it right.: Mask required to enter.

Waiting in self checkout six feet apart to respect others and keep myself safe is how this begins. I needed help with the use of a an E coupon for 20.00 off my purchase. The older lady with long grey hair comes up to me with no mask, scrolls on my phone for the coupon, takes my already placed in bag groceries and rescans them. Walks away. This is why we have issues still during a time like this. Ignorance.

as I got gas yesterday what I was seeing is not ok !!!! 2 to 3 people in and out of a small fuel station kiosk at the time and in the middle of an epidemic crisis ..which is not social distancing!!! putting your employees in danger is unacceptable and dangerous in a time like this... just goes to show Safeway is more worried about filling shifts and forcing employees to risk their lives and the lives of others when customers can pay at the pump are you even giving them a choice? managers and corporate should be ashamed of yourself .. I will go to corporate about this ...NOT OK !!!
