“Rick was my tow truck driver and he was my hero! Got into a collision on Hwy2 just outside Wenatchee. Once my insurance company got ahold of his company Direct Towing, Rick called me instantly to let me know he was on his way and verify my location. He arrived on the scene in what felt like under 15 min which was fantastic since I was abandoned on the side of the highway. He was quick, professional, and friendly as could be. Rick made sure I got to a safe location off the highway before he left with my vehicle. He truly was the best person I could have dealt with during a frantic, terrible situation and all around bad day. If I could rate Rick with 1,000 Gold Stars I would.”

Hooked me up and had me to the Toyota dealership right quick! No damage, no drama and plenty of personality. Dick’s has been around for years and years. Very reasonable prices and just good folks!”

“Honestly the best towing experience I’ve ever had. Talon the driver was one of the most genuine person I’ve met. He treats people with respect and even tried to save me some money by looking at what was wrong with the vehicle. The towing price was the cheapest I’ve ever had. Just an overall amazing company.
