Buying experience was ok, other than finance manager complained when I didn't buy the extended warranty, I'm paraphrasing, but they were upset they weren't make enough money on me and said dealerships are going out of business due to this.On the service side the communications are horrible, never get a callback, I had to call in several times each day to get in contact with my service advisor. My car was in the shop weeks before they could get me a loaner vehicle. They gave me my vehicle back dirty, in need of an oil change and at 1/8 of a tank left (they recieved it from me half full).Nope, not again!

Communication break down! I spoke with Luke about purchasing a Ford F-150 Platinum, it was in the shop for repairs, after a couple of weeks waiting for more pictures & update of when the truck will be done, so we can make the 4 hour trip (one way). I received a text on 10/09/2023 letting me know he had to make a run to Chelan & will provide an update later that day when he returned. No text no call, so 6:00pm I text asking for an update, no response. The next day I texted again (any updates), nothing! I called the sales line and spoke with Riley, asked if Luke was around, he was with a customer. She asked if she could assist. I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication with Luke. She apologized and agreed that it's not OK and will talk with Luke ASAP. I received a text from Luke about 5 minutes later with 5 pictures of the truck & that was it. No follow up on the truck repair being completed, how did we like the pictures...etc. We are taking our businesses elsewhere! Customer Care is not on his radar at all!

I have been looking to buy 2023 F250 Lariat crewcab for more than a year. I ordered my truck online than went to the local dealer in Wenatchee WA to place the order in April 2023. On August, I got a message that my truck is delayed to production. A week later, i got an email that my truck is in production and within a week it shipped. Turn out the truck that shipped was supercab, long bed...nothing that i ordered except the color. The dealership owner and general manager didn't bother responding to my complaint. Ford told me i have to order a 2024 and wait for a year. Don't bother to buy from this company! There're a lot of better trucks out there!

Ford had my 2020 explorer for 5.5 weeks due to a snap ring in the transmission falling off and burning up my clutch. The service "advisor" was super nice day 1, then the longer they had my vehicle the communication was gone. Unless I called, I never got an update on my car. Then when I did call I was treated as if I were a bother. They left it in the back parking lot behind the shop when it was waiting weeks to go into the shop with the windows down, but not to worry, the doors were locked.... Thank goodness a friend happened to be at ford and notified me. It was finally "fixed", went and picked it up but not even 4 days later went to the garage to leave and there's transmission fluid all over my floor. I'm told that I need to pay for a tow truck to get it there. I bought my car from them to support local, and while I'm well aware dealerships have no control over what vehicles have issues, and know that mechanics are in demand, Ford's lack of customer service, poor communication and disregard for customers lives that are being inconvenienced is unacceptable. My car has been in the shop over 2 months with them as of now and who knows how long this next stint will be. 100% regret my purchase and will not be a returning Ford customer.

I purchased my first "off the lot" vehicle here. The saleswoman who assisted me was very kind and informative, as was the rest of the staff! I personally have nothing negative to say about the service(s) I've received at Pat Armstrong Ford.

I called during the weekend to ask if they could do an AC inspection and they told me to take it and and they could do it at no charge. Took it in on Monday since I live an hour and a half away and they said they would try to get to it. My car was not moved, no one called me to update me that it would not be checked. When I picked it up Monday they said i was scheduled for the following day. Took it in again on Tuesday morning and the guy said in a very sarcastic voice "we will try and get you in today". Picked it up Tuesday still parked in the same spot. What a waste of time. Poor customer service and lack of communication. I Called Ford in Omak and they were able to get me in right away and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

We had a horrible experience here. Brought our work truck in for a full inspection. We waited for an hour and a half, watched them bring our truck out of the shop and back in. Waited way too long to be told that nobody knew the alignment guy had gone home sick. Okay whatever we'll bring it back for another appointment to finish the full inspection. So we reschedule and come back a week or so later for an 8 am appointment for only the alignment portion of the inspection. It took THREE HOURS for them to lift it up wiggle the wheels and tell us we need new tie rods. Three hours. Once they are finally done a man named Pat comes and asks us if we were expecting to pay anything today. We said hell no obviously because we already paid for the inspection that they were unable to complete the last time. Then he proceeds to say "oh yes of coarse, no charge that's just a grey area and I didn't want to surprise you with a $170 bill" By that he meant he wanted to know if he could rip us off or not! Trying to see if he could get away with charging us because he must have thought we were stupid or something! We live an hour away so all of this wasted time was really a huge inconvenience to us and we did not feel like they prioritized or respected our business. 100% would not recommend because they are obviously very willing to rip you off and take their god damn sweet time. Slimey.

How can a perfectly newer car never having an issue with 70k miles. You get the brakes and transmission serviced for $700. which I happily paid. You bring the car home and then instantly starts having oil and radiator leaks. You then take it in and they say you need a new water pump for your radiator unrelated to the service we performed and will cost you another $1000. And they know they have you over a barrel. What are you going to do? Not fix the huge problem of a radiator leak? Nope you pay. Way way too coincidental to not let the public know. First Yelp review of my life; looks like they simply loosened a bolt to get me back in there to make another $1k. Hope you have a better experience. They were super nice, more than happy to take my money.

It's easy to complain these days, we live in a difficult world, but it's not difficult to give thanks and be kind. On our way to a conference in Tulalip, we ran into some truck troubles. I called Pat Armstrong ford to see if they could get me in service for a quick look, as I did not have any tools to check things over myself. The front desk girl, Nicole I think, answered and said her service team was at lunch, but would contact me as soon as she talked to someone. We were on our way anyway. The truck was not running right and we still had a ways to go. We pulled up around 1pm, just as the service guys were getting back from lunch. Went in to service and informed them on the issue. I think we were talking with Jake, but I misplaced his card and can't find it. He said he could see what they could do, but they were very busy, as most businesses are these days. I understood, and let them know I would appreciate anything they could do to help. About an hour later, the service writer came and got us to let us know it was a minor issue that had cleared itself. He informed us on what had probably happened and said we were good to go. I asked if we needed to settle up with the cashier, but he said we were all good to go. We made it to my conference and alsoMade it back home to CDA with no issues. Thank you for your help Pat Armstrong Ford, you really saved our trip!! They could have told us they were to busy, which they were, but they didn't. They helped us, and we are greatly appreciative!!

Luke is an absolute Rockstar. My wife and I bought our second Raptor last night and it was a completely seamless experience. Since my wife is almost 8 months pregnant Luke was kind enough to deliver us the truck and drive ours back. Mind you we finalized the deal at 1pm and he made it to Snohomish by 530. I can't thank him enough. I came from the industry where I managed and sold with Mercedes. I tend to be critical of sales people because I know it from both sides. He exceeded my expectations 10x.

I would like to thank Pat arm strong ford for fixing my truck it took a lot of going back n forth, they should not have put the truck on the lot in the first place until the issues were fixed before selling, but they have finally took action and resolved the issues I was facing for nearly 6 months, I am giving them 3 stars due to taking very long time to address the issues, but they did there due-diligence and made it right for me, the tires were bald, the heater and ac was weak and the rain sensors were faulty, I suffered drive line vibration.I don’t think I will be buying another truck from Pat arm strong ford, But I am happy that they fixed my truck after 6 months of back n forth to make it finally right for me, also no rentals available at time of servicing and repairing your vehicle.
