Nathan is always so happy and helpful when I come in to do all my business needs. Everyone at this location is so nice, happy, and efficient.

Delivery failed twice. After calling we were told we could pick up the package from the station, we drove 1.5 hours and they told us the package wasn't there even though we arrived at the arranged time. Staff did nothing to help.

Got advice to change my return method through Amazon, cancelled my return instead of changing it, now I can't return the product. Thanks for wasting hours of my day today, possibly losing the ability to return my product.

Sent in April 11th a certified mail through UPS and today April 21st my package is unable to be tracked and seems to be lost. Has been waiting for response/update since 4/18 and seems to be that no one is responsable for a service that I paid and it’s suppose to be more secured. I been told to reach out to USPS but their never received the package and is not even in their system. I keep giving my information to the staff to receive updates and I just being told to wait When inside my envelope was a lot of personal information and even a check. Not sure what’s the point of sending this certify when I can’t even file a Claim (because not has offered to me and they say USPS it’s the responsable) and even more ridiculous to be paying more that once to get the notary to sign my paperwork when UPS was the one that lost the papers.

Can't even begin to share all the details of my bad experience at this location, I hope that the woman that I spoke with on the phone eventually moves on, I'm sure their business would improve 150%

My husband and I use this UPS store exclusively and often. Each time we visit, we get excellent service. Even when we have a challenging mailing situation, they handle it with professionalism and quickly. Awesome service!

to the person closing this evening 10/31/2024 this business closes at 6:30 not 6:25 not 6:28 when someone arrives before closing to drop off packages just because you feel like being done early, it’s really gross and unprofessional to smugly shake your head through the window at the person trying to give business to this establishment. do better.

The UPS sign said open and I get out of my car and walk up with my package and the door is locked and they are closed.
Very frustrating and misleading to have an open sign on.

EVERY time I have business there, the staff at the Valley Mall UPS Store, is friendly and helpful. They keep the line going, but appreciate/take time for each customer.
