I started working out with Chris 7 years ago and I can honestly say that he is one of the smartest trainers I have ever worked with (and I have had the opportunity to work with some great ones over the years). What makes him so good is his ability to design a program that works for you. Whether it is a push to work a little harder or backing off to focus on mobility, he has a great sense of what each individual needs.
