Hands down the best butcher shop in rural Washington. LOVE this place. I travel from Gig Harbor for the smoked chicken salad dip. The rest is an extra bonus. They also have rarer cuts of meat like flat iron regularly that you can’t find at most grocers. A+++ to this place!
