He said, you know, let me get my tire gauge to see if it's even worth your time or not. Turns out all my tires were about the same and he didn't want to take my money. This is how you build customer loyalty and trust. He said, well come on back if there's anything else we can help you with and I absolutely will. Thanks Will!”
