About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) has received mixed reviews from customers in the Eatonville area. Many have praised the friendly and helpful staff, noting that the post office is clean, tidy, and rarely has long lines. Customers appreciate the efficient scanning of packages and the overall pleasant experience when visiting the location. However, some have previously complained about rude and unfriendly staff, such as a former employee known as "Grumpy Pants." Fortunately, this individual has since retired, and the new Postmaster is described as a "ray of sunshine" who greets customers with a friendly smile and makes the experience enjoyable. While there are occasional mix-ups, the general consensus is that the USPS employees do their best with the resources they have, despite being understaffed at times. Customers are understanding of the challenges the staff faces and try to be patient, though some are disappointed by the reduction in Saturday morning pickups.

They keep losing my important mail (as in GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS), both incoming and outgoing. Staff is also almost always rude and seems to be trying to rush you out the door even if there's nobody in line behind you. Sad to see all the reviews indicating that this post office has had these problems and more for years unaddressed.

Great people work here so happy and helpful and really know their stuff. I've actually came in quite a bit this trip, I live in Oklahoma. Every time had been wonderful!

I love this post office! I just moved to Eatonville and it's so nice to go into a nice clean, tidy post office that's always open and rarely has a line.
