Horrible experience 1st truck i drove had mildew and 2nd truck was full of dog hair. Horrible communication and attitude after I stated I was not going to buy without vehicle without a inspection. Very shady business after the fact I would not purchase a vehicle in 5hrs. Waste of time and the mark up from 23000 to 42000 just ridiculous good luck at this shady business definitely wouldn't recommend.

My salesman Jr was a breath of fresh air. I’ve been looking for a truck for a couple months now and to tell the truth, I was getting pretty pissed off at the salesman at other places. Jr went above and beyond and even did some little stuff that I asked over the phone. He turned it into a great experience. He’s a good guy, not pushy doesn’t belittle you. I purchased a vehicle from these guys almost 4 months ago, and I have been waiting on paperwork and title for this car ever since I found out recently that they did not even have the title in their possession when they sold the vehicle and now when I’m trying to resolve the issue and a first they were trying to work with me, but now it has been several days that they are ignoring me specifically the general manager. On top of that this vehicle that I purchased had a lot of hidden issues and broke down within a couple of weeks after I purchased it.

Heard about them from a buddy that has bought 3 trucks from there. Saw a truck I loved on their site, went to check it out and started the process. They worked hard to get me into the truck I wanted and I drove home with a warranty and I will be recommending them to everyone I know and returning in the future!

When we first got to the lot we were met by Vinny. He was laid back and didn’t put the pressure on us. I didn’t think they would have anything in our price range with the mileage we wanted. We told him what we were looking for and he went and got a handful of keys and showed us a wide variety of vehicles they had on the lot. We finally settled on a 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee that we absolutely love. The process was great and Vinny made everything feel so low key and not stressful at all. Shoutout to Anthony also in the finance department who worked tirelessly to get the best finance deal with a service contract. 1000/10 would recommend this business for your car buying needs.

He was initially nice, knowing I was in the military and then the government shut down happened, and RIPPED me of all my savings and checking without my consent. I told him I'd pay him on cash but he doesn't listen. Don't buy from here. If he does this to you too get a lawyer and start a lawsuit

Worst dealership ive ever seen not gonna even exaggerate. Saw car online decided to make the drive 3 hours, he took me to test drive and once we sat down to apply, he came back and let us know he was gone the day before and someone had put a deposit and was coming from out of state to get it. The guy didnt even offer to show us other cars. Definitely dont spend your time or money here. They dont take anyone serious. Also, spoke to a guy that was there that bought a truck like a week ago and is already having problems.
