After spending 20 minutes in the pouring rain. Trying to get some aftermarket windshield wipers on my car. This grandma said forget it! I'm heading around the corner to AutoZone. I was greeted by Jaron. He helped me get what I needed and also put them on. I felt so bad because it was raining so hard and Apologize for him getting soaked. He smiled and said that it was okay! He also had me watch how he was installing the wipers in the event that I had to do it myself. Best Employee ever! Most young people these days don't go above and beyond making a customer happy and satisfied! Thank you Jaron, your Amazing! Nina.K

The software kept directing me to the mill creek store when I wanted the Edgewood store. When after 15 minutes I was able to search for a part at the Edgewood store, then it never asked me about what car I wanted brake pads for. It appeared to have lost memory of all of my cars too.

I went in this am needing a new battery after I was told that my battery was fine it was just corroded and put some Coca-Cola on it. Well my car wouldn’t start this morning. They did not have enough team members to install the battery. I had no one else that would change out the battery. I went to several other places that (were open) I was told they had the battery but would not install on my Chevy Cruze because i needed to go to a mechanic (mostly places like that were closed!!!) The employees assured me they would call back if they got a third person back in. Well hours later Kayla called me back and she was able to install my battery in under 30 mins. She was super nice and knew what she was doing! Thanks! Your customer service is great!
