I went in this am needing a new battery after I was told that my battery was fine it was just corroded and put some Coca-Cola on it. Well my car wouldn’t start this morning. They did not have enough team members to install the battery. I had no one else that would change out the battery. I went to several other places that (were open) I was told they had the battery but would not install on my Chevy Cruze because i needed to go to a mechanic (mostly places like that were closed!!!) The employees assured me they would call back if they got a third person back in. Well hours later Kayla called me back and she was able to install my battery in under 30 mins. She was super nice and knew what she was doing! Thanks! Your customer service is great!

Customer service at the highest level.The atmosphere in the store between employees and customers is very good, you can be sure that you will be helped and you will leave with a good mood.

AutoZone never lets me down! A young lady named Kayla at the Milton/Edgewood AutoZone store was so helpful! AutoZone doesn’t install car batteries if they’re in the trunk of the vehicle, so Kayla went above and beyond. She called around and found a place who would install my battery without charging me for the work that actually took them an hour and a half. Thank you Kayla!

It took 40 minutes to buy windshield wipers one of older gentleman gave me the wrong wipers and I had to return them the older gentleman didn't know how to use a computer to give me a return until the manager helped then I had to purchase another set and wait for my refund 3 to 5 days for it to hit my bank account so I basically bought 4 wipers for 100$ all because the older guy didn't know how to look up windshield wipers i think his name was Bob lol well anyway that experience sucked 40 min and 100 dollars later i have wipers lol

I came in today because I needed a new headlight and new wiper blades.. Brian is so helpful and kind. His customer service is five star and exactly what your company needs. He also assisted with replacing the headlight and my wipers. He even taught my 10 year old how to put on the wiper blades. Thank you Brian for all your help. Your kindness goes along ways.

Fantastic customer service!! I originally went to O Riley's thinking I had blown a fuse and they were unwilling to even look so I went to AutoZone where Carole and co worker not only looked up info but Carole assisted with checking said fuse which was not blown. They both were absolutely wonderful. I'll never go anywhere else again and I'll tell everyone I know how great they were!

I had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Jacobson at the Edgewood WA store today, he was so helpful and such a joy to work with, I had to have a battery replaced in my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, he took care of everything, can't say enough how much I enjoyed meeting this young man it actually made my day.

Had what I needed so it gets a 3 star. Service was not great. 5 clerks, only 1 register, 1 on the phone, 3 having a personal conversation in the register area, line backed up 6 deep.

I needed my head light bulb replaced and did not know how to do it. Two employees came out and worked hard to replace it. The last time it was installed it was put in wrong (making it difficult to replace). The employees made it work. Thank you for going the extra step.

Well honestly, the counter help is usually reliable bought parts for older truck couple yrs backbrake parts not rocket scienceThis time , got wrong size oops!Considering the history in computer of three generations of buying parts , ya just have to double check or match old parts best way , service is great , fast response , friendly on timeThe newer vehicles now have to many variables in sizeOf the parts stores available probably still best place to shop

Shopped online prior to be sure they had my spark plug in stock ($2.99). At the counter I asked for my plug by part number and was told it's $7.48. Really? Is that the plug I asked for? "No it's an equivalent" So they tried to sell me an alternate for twice as much as the plug I asked for. Dishonest
