“I’m a beginner sewist and this shop has been a godsend!!! They have everything you could possibly need, and then some. A beautiful array of fabrics and tools for all types of projects. They also always have a good selection of Anita Jeram fabrics (my personal favorite)! There is an immense feeling of community within this shop. Everyone seems to know everyone and it’s extremely sweet and heartwarming. All the expert sewists behind the counter are always so nice and helpful! I love love love this place, and you will too!!? they sometimes give out bandaids too (when you check out) for all your rotary injuries! Amazing place!”
“These guys are AWESOME!!! Not only is the store so fun to browse, but you'll find the best deals here. In particular, if you need a few specific pieces, you'll find them here, and you'll pay WAY less than with Lego when you account for Lego's shipping charges.
Also, they guarantee their used sets to be as complete as possible, even to the point of hunting down every single piece of an incomplete set I brought back to them. They really went above and beyond by ordering a hard to find light-up piece that my set was supposed to have free of charge.

The staff member “Sadiiq” helped me through the whole prototyping process and helped me realize I could actually achieve what I imagined. Which rubber to make a mold, which liquid plastic to use, he even pointed me in the direction of a local 3D Design House. And now years later I am launching our first model in retail stores! “day trip down from the plateau but worth the effort to get some laps in on the west side. located on the main drag just a bit south of the edgewood windmill Pacific Slot Car has a staight line running opposite a well stocked sales and service counter; drag and road, cars and chassis, new motors, bodies, pretty much anything you need or need replaced... two tracks in back are in great shape and unlike anything I'd driven to this point; maybe they're unique? maybe they're common to the west? they're listed as Ogilvie's and I have no idea what that means but they drive pretty well. 114' long, mostly flat, and pretty bendy the yellow Twister track is a challenge for my box stock mazda. the regulars have figured the necessary modifications to complete the circuit at a high rate of speed and low rate of crashing so bully for them! the big red U-shaped Bullring comes in a little shorter at 90' and is suitable for racing 1/32 and 1/24 cars but was occupied by some folks running rentals at the time and I didn't feel like intruding... the locals are friendly enough that I'll probably make another trip out and give it a spin ;-)”
