“Nice store, clean and friendly employees, only gave it a 4 because it a small Walmart so it does not have produce and other things other Walmarts or stores would have . In a very good location.”

“I went in Saturday I should have known better because stores are usually busy on weekends. Prices are great, but the reason I am rating 5 stars and leaving a review is for the checker who helped me. Thank you Jenny for making my shopping experience here amazing I hope to see you again. 5 stars for you!!”

“The staff at this Rite Aid are very friendly. They go out of their way to help. I have disabilities so my husband picks up all my medications. I call for refills and I've never called any pharmacy that isn't annoyed they had to answer the phone. They never rush me or make me feel bad that I called. If they're busy and I need to wait an hour or so I understand because I know if I'm on the with them or they're filling prescriptions they're doing their best to help everyone. I get irritated when I hear people yelling at them. They do their best and I'd like to see the ones that are mad work there for a day. I'd like to thank them for doing a great job!”

“My car decided it needed an oil change 2 days before a trip. Brought it to Walmart thar afternoon, expecting to wait for 3 hours because if previous reviews. I drove up at 4:01 and was out by 4:25. The attendants knew their stuff and selected the right oil without my having to tell them. I drive a hybrid, so it isn't a standard selection. They informed me that it would be an additional $10 for the bottled oil - which brought my total to $69 for a full synthetic oil change. Which was $50 less than what I paid elsewhere. They were quick, kind, considerate and thorough. Told me I was missing a bolt (1 out of 11) and then was told that was pretty good, since most people were usually missing several by the time the vehicle was 5 years old.”

“Stopping by the WinCo Foods on Southwest Campus Drive in Federal Way in the morning on Friday 8 March 2024 (about 8:40 a.m.) and Saturday 9 March 2024 (about 9:50 a.m.), I found available parking not too far from the store entrance and exit both days as well as the aisles well stocked. Prices were clearly visible and the different sections of the store well marked and laid out. I was attending the 2024 Men's Pac-12 Conference Swimming Championships a short ways up the road and stopped by each day for something to eat before each morning session as well as snacks. One morning I went with a pre-spectating sweet of a maple frosted Bavarian cream donut as well as some strawberry filled crêpes for snacking. I enjoyed both items, eating the donut after purchase and snacking on the crêpes across both days. The second day, I went with a deli sandwich for my pre-spectating food, specifically a turkey and Swiss cheese croissant sandwich. The croissant was fluffy and flaky, turkey slightly sweet and cheese creamy. The buttery-ness of the croissant made additional condiments not really necessary (per my tastes). I also got a Cadbury creme egg for a snack, though I ended up eating it the next morning at home. Ilya Kharun had fun with gesturing bunny ears with his hands in relation to this Easter bunny egg. Both days I arrived at the self check out area to find an available station or two. I came a little later on Saturday morning and the parking lot was a little fuller, though I still made it in early enough each day that I did not encounter longer lines.”

“Are you looking for American food? Are you looking for Mexican food? Are you looking for Asian food? Are you looking for Russian? If you answered yes to all 4 and you don't want to go to 4 different stores, just go to SAAR'S. This place has a bigger selection of each of the above than most specialty stores. Great selection and great prices. Great produce and great meat selection as well. I can't think of a reason to shop anywhere else.”

“Greg is the best of best customer representatives I have ever experienced. He is as good as Julee whom I gave a top review to in the last time. I can imagine one day he would be promoted so this Fred Meyer store would be even better than now. I always want to thank him, Greg, very calm, kind and excellent guy.”

“The 5 star review is for Ruby who works in the Pharmacy. I'm pretty new to the area and have several new prescriptions. As with new prescriptions, it can sometimes be an issue getting them filled. Ruby has always gone above and beyond to help me out! She is kind and patient and has never given an excuse as to why something "can't" be done but instead makes sure it "CAN" be done! She is truly an asset to Rite Aid! Thank you Ruby for all you've helped me with!! It is so appreciated”

“I just scrolled through and read all the reviews for this Rite Aid and I have to say that I actually don't agree with most of them. Granted, I'm basing this on my one and only experience here, but hey-it was pretty darn good, y'all! I mean, I came an hour before they closed (not on purpose necessarily, I'd went to another location closest to my home thinking that's where my doc had sent my script...only to find out that I was indeed wrong in my assumption, and should go to other locations and see if I had better luck. And frankly, THAT location was ridiculous and I've been there more than once. You wanna talk about rude employees, profiling, being followed, wrongly targeted for possible theft for absolutely NO REASON WHATSOEVER (), completely ignoring you when you're clearly waiting patiently for help at the pharmacy, being talked badly about for again no reason at all and you can CLEARLY hear what is being said, inappropriately and unprofessionally acting personnel with other customers and the conversation being conducted between the two, incompetent and unhelpful, blatantly rude techs and pharmacists who act like you're a complete idiot when you are trying to find out if your script is there, being treated like you're some kind of scum or something for no reason, being told as soon as you walk in (my first experience there) that you're not allowed to have your purse in the store and you'd have to leave it somewhere else to be able to shop there at all, being treated like a shoplifter when you're anything but and it's the first time you've ever even stepped foot in there and have more money than you know what to do with and absolutely NO desire to steal anything from there at all, offensive, rude, insulting, aggressive, confrontational, condescending, ugly, mean, hateful, uneducated, unethical, unprofessional, inhumane, hurtful, ridiculous, atrocious, ludicrous, insensitive, intolerable, insufferable, misguided, miserable, ignorant, embarrassing, horrifying, horrible, terrible awful, bad, bad bad alllllll around in every sense of the way and terms, just an absolute disastrous failure and disappointment of a store. That's the one I'd went to first. I won't mention which one. Not important enough. THIS location though? Even though I'd went in right before closing, I was promptly helped, by a friendly woman at the counter. Gave her my info and she checked with the pharmacist about being able to fill my script. He said yes and to wait and they'd call me. I asked if I could just browse and she said yes and so I did. When it was ready, I'd found a couple things in their amazingly big selection of make up, fully stocked and plentiful which is rare in my opinion (for rite aid particularly)! When I went to pick up the meds it was almost closed, she asked if I wanted to pay for them right there and I said yes and apologized for any inconvenience, she replied with telling me it was fine. Also, while I shopped, I didn't feel uncomfortable because I was followed or watched at all. Because I WASN'T! It was AMAZING. I am ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS followed and treated as a thief and wrongly accused of theft in every store I go in. Literally. It's such a problem I have a suit. It's bad. So I fully expected that kind of experience and was beyond excited to see that I was wrong and I was left alone to shop (AND NOT EFFING STEAL ANYTHING FOR EFFS SAKE! JESUS!! )!! It was so pleasant, so nice, to feel like I wasn't looked at like scum and I guess kinda like...I guess it felt like I was actually being respected as the person that I AM!! And that's sadly not ever the case anymore. I was elated to feel like I was treated appropriately and kindly....I could have hugged those security guards and employees...literally! I left feeling so good, I cried happy tears. When not even an hour before I left another rite aid feeling the exact opposite and crying very VERY different kind of tears and feeling quite opposite of the feel”

“Every time we go in we experience great customer service. Today the staff went out of their way to accommodate my mother in law and family friend. Really appreciate the staff at this store!”

“I was frantically seeking to fill a prescription for my daughter-in-law, who'd been suffering for a week and was anxious to begin this round of antibiotics. Walgreens on Hoyt Rd. in Tacoma had told my deployed son they had these meds (he'd called from the USS Lincoln to check availability for his foreign-born wife). I showed up to find they didn't have it, so I shared my frustration with them and took off for the nearest competitor. The kind pharmacist at CVS in 21st (Store ID #10659) didn't have the meds she needed, but took the time to check his system and found I could get it at the Renton CVS. I made it just before closing time. We're are so grateful!”

“My first time shopping at this location and it is very busy. I didn't go through the entire store, but only the grocery side. The self check out line is very long and the checks out lane with a cashier was long too. They don't have many lanes open. The gas pump line was long too, but was cheap. That's probably the reason.”
