Watch out for the moody asian lady that works the drive through. Very rude and moody. I had like 6 prescriptions to pick up and i kindly asked for a bag when she got mad and moody threw the clipboard out and had a very upset facial expression as if i did or said something wrong. Wow!!! Wow!! Wow! This world is getting so cold.

This store needs to hire more capable staff.There is always just one cashier, and when the line gets 4+ long, that 1 staff member always calls for help. Yet no one ever shows up.This leads me to my biggest issue with Store #6260.I took the risk in trusting the photo department to get 2 rolls of film developed on December 7th, 2023.I asked the cashier how long it would take, she said 2 weeks. Since they have to send the rolls out to Fuji on the East Coast.I wait and call the store on December 28th, the photo department staff stated, no. It is not ready. Sometimes it takes up to a month. So I wait.. And call again on January 10th. This call, was answered and hung up from the department. So I called back a few minutes later, thinking they're probably just busy. Understaffed.The woman said, again. It is not here. My photos are not ready. Ok, I wait. I finally got into the store on January 16th.The young man finds 2 packs of photos and they've been done since December 22nd. So, this whole time they have been there?But wait, there's a catch. It's actually only one roll that was printed twice. And my second roll is MISSING.So he calls a supervisor, she says oh that's weird. But it's too late to find them in their system because the images are sent electronically from Fuji and then deleted after 5 days.If on December 28th, when I made my first call, had the staff member actually looked for my photos, I would not be dealing with an entire missing roll of film.Walgreens lost my memories. Their incompetence is astounding.I was told by the supervisor that she would look into it first thing in the morning.That was 2 days ago. I have no hope she will do anything at all.And I will never spend a single cent in this store again.

I would like to give this place zero stars. I have now been waiting 8 days for prescription. And I only and I almost could say nine days. I am going to transfer all my prescriptions. I have at Walgreens to a different performance. Because because this is not the first time i've gone through this. So farewell Walgreens hopefully other people. Find a different pharmacy too

Stopped by on Christmas Day at noon after checking that they were going to be open. Sign on the door said 10am to 6pm. Door was locked, but employees were at the register. They could clearly see me at the door, but pretended I wasn’t there. I gave a knock, but they were really trying hard to ignore me. Not sure what was going on there, but I gave up and left.

They cancel my prescription and then tell me my provider did. If they don't have something in stock , the prescription will be filled at a location miles away , yet they won't notify me of the change. I wish I could give them 0 stars , but it won't let me.

Today me and my boys went shopping toThis location as always it was our favorite because it’s close to our house and since then all the staffs are really nice but today is the worst we went home my youngest one was crying because we end up not buying anything because the cashier was soo rude to us, my 11 years even notice how rude she was , I was shaking until we get home, she’s not happy for what she doing, it’s not our fault that the register stop working after she rang all my purchases she’s like “oh this is fun and then what now I need to ring up all over again, I was like it’s okay then she’s stillContinue giving us attitude… worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, it’s okay giving me such an attitude as long as not in front of my children I don’t want them to witness that… Godbless you whoever you are…

I had a vaccine appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. It took 5 minutes before any of the pharmacy techs said hello to me as I was standing there. They would answer the phone that just started ringing but couldn’t look my way.I ended up waiting half an hour before I got my shots. Granted I was 15 minutes early but I still had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time before they brought me back. And it wasn’t like they had a long line of people, I was the only one there for awhile.This isn’t my typical Walgreens I come to for vaccines but they had the COVID booster I wanted. I won’t be coming back here :(

I drive out of my way for this pharmacy. They fill my prescriptions in 10-15 minutes - other Walgreens in the area take hours. My customer service has always been friendly and fast, and pharmacists are knowledgeable.

Do not use this pharmacy! They stole half my Victoza! Supposed to be two pens in every box, got home and opened the bag they'd stapled shut and the box had been opened and there was only one pen. This is dangerous to patients and illegal. Don't use this pharmacy!

My partner stopped by the pharmacy to pick up my maintenance medication for me on the way home from work; I am out of the medication and require it to breathe normally.When asked if we were ok with the high price for the refill, my partner called to confirm with me. I explained that I had payed ahead of time for express pickup and could provide the confirmation number. When my partner attempted to share this information with them and obtain my prescription, someone else came to the window and refused to give him the medication. She claimed there was an issue with the billing system and refused to give him the medication. They did not offer to send it to another pharmacy, as would be normal protocol, they would not provide any assistance.My partner waited in the parking lot while I called the pharmacy twice, only for both calls to be refused and immediately disconnected. I do not understand why I was personally provided no clarification or assistance regarding the status of my prescription or its transfer. Highly unprofessional, dismissive, irresponsible, inconsiderate, and wholly uncaring with regards to the care and service they provide their customers.

The atmosphere is great, they have amazing deals, some of the workers are very nice and caring and they are very helpful, I love this location. It has always done me good, and the service I received is always great.

I wish I could give them zero stars...This locations pharmacy is the worst, they constantly continue to bill the wrong insurance even after providing updated information to them several times. I also have issues with them not having my medication in-stock which delays my prescription, I find them very unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever received.

Theres a fat fu** here thats the manager, extremely racist and rude not only towards the customers but his employees. I witnessed that guy try to kick out a customer over asking a question about a prepaid card or something. Then proceeded to lecture the cashier who is disabled in front of other customers. The poor cashier is a nice gentleman I see there often but the management here is terrible. Watch out for a fat white guy who limps. That is the racist manager.

Pharmacy is awful, I called 4 times to get transferred to a pharmacist and they immediately reject the call. Provider offices shouldn't be treated like this when its an important matter relating a patient
