Called for a haircut appointment and they said come in at 3 pm. Made the call a few hrs before that. When I got there, I was ignored even passed 3 pm. Basically waited as if I was a walk-in. Been going here for years but probably never go back again. I just left and went to the one closer to my house

Came into the salon as a walk-in for a color and cut and I was welcomed with a smile and prompt service. I was there for about 4 hours or so as I have very long and thick hair and they did just a fantastic job! The prices are competitive and it was just a great experience overall! Will continue to come here to get my hair done :)

They bullied my friend about her current haircut that she loved. She did not want it cut, as she JUST got a haircut that day, but they started cutting without asking. She asked for highlights and the man that works there told her it looks like she cut her own hair and it looks bad. $130 later, they cut it way too short and the highlights were pink. She had to pay another $240 just to get it fixed somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE!

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, quick service, and excellent haircuts! We've been going there for years even though there are numerous shops much closer to us, and recommend them highly.

Great haircut. Came in with long hair and asked for a long bob. Haircut took less than 20 minutes. I love it.

Great place for hair cut. My husband needed a hair cut and we noticed this place in the little strip mall. The guy did an excellent job we will definitely be back. Told my niece about you to bring her family. Great prices too.

About 6 weeks ago I got my haircut at 99 Hair and Nails. They did a great job and it still looks good. Friendly service and I was helped immediately and so was my friend who came in for a dye job. Her hair looked great too. Thank you very much.

My go to spot for a great haircut, they always do a great job. Chill vibe and never too long of a wait. However, even if you have a wait it is conveniently located near 99 Ranch, 85 degrees and tons of great restaurants! Check it out if you haven't!

About 4 months ago, I went to get 3 inches of my hair cut off. They just cut it in a straight line. They didn't even cut it straight. They asked if I wanted my bangs cut (I have side/curtain bangs), and I said sure. They (again) just cut it in a straight line. It wasn't even! Till this day, I'm still trying to grow them back. Also, let me add, they didn't cut it straight. Would NOT recommend!
