Someone decided they wanted to share our lane and sideswiped us. Hubby researched and we settled on Caliber on Hiway 99 in Edmonds. They warned us depending on damage, it could be a 3-4 week repair. Imagine my delight when I got my baby back in 9 days! The car looked great, customer service was excellent and Rheena stayed in consistent contact with me via text. Would absolutely recommend!

Justin and his team at Edmonds Caliber made sure my needs were met, while fixing an error made from Everett caliber by not calibrating my back sensors. I am happy with the service at Edmonds!

This shop did a great job helping me get scratches on my car repaired. Randy was excellent at keeping me up-to-date throughout the whole process and my car came out looking brand new. I’ll come here again if I need any body repair.

Randy went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. Not once did I have to reach out for an update on my own.
He kept me informed and upto date with the progress of my vehicle.
He made a stressful situation seem like a walk in the park.
All of the staff were great from check-in, calling the rental car company to pick me up, to the repairs and the time to complete. My car looks brand new!

Repair looks perfect - I was rear-ended, causing damage to the rear valance and underlying structures. Caliber fixed it so it looks perfect, including the paint job.

I was so pleased with the service here. Everyone was so kind and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure my rental car service was ready when I arrived to drop off my car because I had 2 toddlers with me. This made the experience quick and smooth with a lot less tears and stress. They also maneuvered the cars for me so I was set up to leave without the struggle of getting out.
To top it all off they fixed my vehicle beautifully. The people are great and so is the service!

My name is Marcus Ingrum and my service was supposed to be out of Caliber in Edmonds Washington.

I had two appointments for two of my vehicles to get work done. I waited about a month and while driving there to drop one of my vehicles off the rental company called and said that I do not have an appointment any longer and to call Caliber. I took the time off to drop my vehicle off too. When I asked why they said talk to the district manager Elijah.
When I contacted Elijah via text and over the phone I left a message it was around 9:00AM I did not receive a phone call back from Elijah until the evening of the next day while he was driving. I asked him why they canceled my booking and he said we will not be scheduling you when I asked why he just kept repeating for the most part. Then said contact your insurance and find another auto repair shop. I asked if it was because caliber vandalized my car a couple years back and he alluded that yes that is why. This sent me back a couple months to get my vehicle repaired since I had to start the process all over again.
I feel like this is incredibly discriminatory and I was trying to give business back to Caliber even after the vandalization.
As a corporation I don't feel like this sort of discrimination should be allowed.
Shame on you Elijah out of Edmonds Washington.
I told my insurer and they were flabbergasted, My adjuster got the same runaround from Elijah. It was brought up to third level management through my insurance and I hope they drop caliber as a preferred auto body repair shop if this discrimination continues.
