Great store, nice people. However never enough parking it seems. And it's very very warm inside. Stuffy. They should turn off the heat, it's not needed in that store during this time of year. Or ever really.

A little bit of everything, it’s worth looking here and saving a trip to the Depot. I found faucets and motion lights cheaper than the big store.

The employees are always helpful and friendly. I am thrilled that the owner kept the convenience store, deli, and DOL features at this location. It is my favorite store for DIY projects around my home and yard.

It's ACE Hardware. What else is there to say. Great service and product mix. Locally owned.

Great variety and very helpful people working there. Their inventory is very expensive, from construction hardware to simple groceries. Too, there is a deli as well Washington licencing department. Go check them out!!!

Tried to call on Wednesday evening 12/13/23 to find out more information about their car key and FOB services after being referred by a friend and another ACE location.Phone was answered by a woman employee and I began to describe what I was calling for - car key service and FOB service. Before I could finish my sentence, the woman cut me off and said they couldn't do it because they "were closing soon." I explained that I wasn't looking to come in today at all, but rather to see if I could or needed to make an appointment or something. The woman then snapped at me and said "I don't know, he only knows his schedule. Call back tomorrow," not answering my question at all. I then said again "OK, well do you know if he takes appointments?" to which she snapped again and told me to call back tomorrow. I then thanked her and told her goodbye, to which she scoffed and said good bye in a very sarcastic and pointed manner.I called trying to support this business versus paying a dealership and after seeing an ad, but due to the rude customer service I will just go to the car dealership. I work and manage in the customer service retail industry, but if you cannot have a pleasant attitude towards someone looking to spend money at your business and just find out information, don't answer the phone or get a different job.FFS.

I'm used to Ace Hardware employees being a bit overbearing about asking if you need help-- must be company policy or something-- but I did *not* appreciate being followed by one man in particular up and down isles being asked repeatedly if I still didn't need help, if I was positive the thing I had in my hand was correct, if I had the right tools and knowledge to install one of them by myself, and if I was "sure [I] knew what [I] am doing, young lady." It was unprofessional, felt condescending and sexist, and was honestly a bit creepy.
