I am so pleased with the service I received today. Long story about how my phone’s protective screen was shattered a bit (DON’T Pump gas, put your phone on the top and drive onto the highway😆). I’ve always gone to AT&T for assistance.
Today, Scarlett answered the phone and checked to make sure a new cover was in stock..so nice to speak with. I went in after work and Caitlin cleaned everything, installed new cover and I was in and out in 10 minutes!
I know you can buy stuff online, but, because I got my phone there, the cover was $10 and professionally repaired.
Pretty great!
Oh, and if you’re thinking about Otter Box for a phone-so worth it. At least 10 cars probably drove over my phone before I found it!

I came in with a broken phone and they took great care of me. Scarlett is a life saver. She was able to recover all the content from the broken phone and had a lot of insight and knowledge into all my questions. She saved the day and was an absolute homie while doing it. She sent me home with an S25 Ultra and I couldn't be happier!

I rarely go into the stores for anything. I think I've been in them twice during my long association with At&t. Each time the customer service was great. I hear many stories about how bad customer service is with the company. I suppose I'm the rare Unicorn that believe they're not true. I got the help I needed without any issues. Emma was great! Thanks At&t!

Another employee thinks she is the owner, her name, india, or something like that. She doesn't want to activate my sim card because she was calling with her friend and letting people wait. Worse at&t ever

It was time for a new phone and always dread these visits. Not this time, Jake created the best experience I ever had. He was patient, informative, and even provided ways to help save on our plan.
