Just experienced the worst customer service at this store. The girl was extremely rude. We ordered a new phone over the phone with ATT but they shipped the wrong phone. We were told we could go into any ATT store to swap it out. We were in this location for all of a minute, explained our issue and she rudely responded you have to go to a different store, I don't do that here. It just escalated from there. She refused to give her name and told us to get out of her store. I've never been treated this way before. We've been long time ATT customers and looking elsewhere after this.

I needed help moving a line off Verizon last night and came in a little late but Emma was awesome and super helpful staying with the process until it was done. It was like the exact opposite of my experiences with their competitors, so assuming the line service is also 10/10, I'll be staying with them. Thanks again.

BEWARE!!! the Poorest customer service by Jakob E. We came back to this AT & T store in Edmonds to return a brand new, undamaged iphone within 72 hours of our purchase. Jakob E. had the most insincere, unprofessional, and condescending responses.He refused to offer some help and refused to explain in detail on why he had sold us an opened iphone box (with a marker writing on the box) and kept insisting that he neede to charge us a restocking fee of $45 when we know for a fact that the iphone he sold was brand new, undamaged, untouched! We literally just looked at it. He is severely incompetent! his attitude was very dismissive, he made patronizing statements, stated, “we just don’t take back the phones because you changed your mind”—when AT & T company policy is clearly states that an individual may return an undamaged iPhone with its included accessories within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!We instead went to Alderwood Mall AT& T and got an excellent customer service! Alderwood Mall AT& T helped us with our return iphone and refunded our money back!!!!!

Both staff who helped me were so helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! Emma was particularly helpful with helping me to get a new phone and transfer from my old phone plan.

Amanda L assisted me for over two hours to help open a prepaid account. We experienced many road blocks, but Amanda kept calm and was able to open my account. Thank you so much Amanda for one of the best customer experiences I have had in my life.

I just went to this store Sept 7, and probably went at the worst time of day--rush hour traffic trying to get into and out of this parking lot is a nightmare.Total worth it. The guy working was the friendliest and kindest customer service I have had in recent memory. He was informed, easy to talk to, and didn't try to upsell me anything. Quick, knowledgeable and takes clear pride in his work and store, I was impressed. Definitely makes me glad I use AT&T.

Amazing store with some of the kindest staff I've had. They helped my grandmother set up an account and fix the problems she was having on her phone in just under 20 minutes! Amazing service. Tyler, the manager deserves a raise!

This is the best customer service I have ever had at AT&T. Tyler, who helped me and my MIL, was extremely helpful. He was very professional, polite, gracious and knowledgeable. The way he was able to multitask was mind-blowing, too. I’d highly recommend this location.

Great experience working with Tyler. Very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all of my questions and provided other options that I hadn’t yet considered. Had a super pleasant experience at this location. I didn’t feel the typical (and dreaded) “sales approach” when shopping for a new phone; it was much more organic and helpful. Huge thanks to the manager on-site, Tyler, who made my upgrade seamless!
