good personal service and pleasant atmosphere. The agent I worked with was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue effectively.

The manager and staff are naive about what they are supposed to know and do.Intended to open a CD account, but the manager and staff couldn’t explain the rationale behind the equation in their system.7 months CD, interest rate 4.89%. Their system shows the amount I can gain when it matures is only half of $$$*0.0489.

I read the reviews before coming into this branch but both near me had 2 starts. I was greeted immediately by Chie Huh and asked to sit for a moment. Within 5 minutes she took me back and assisted with the specific reason i was in the branch today. I have been with my bank for 20+ years so she didn't try to sell me on switching but pointed out a better interest rate i could get on a savings account. Although i am not interested in switching it was nice to learn so i can go and get a better rate from my bank. This was a very nice experience and Chie was able to assist me in about 20 minutes. I recommend this branch but understand it is a smaller branch servicing a small community so can get busy at peak hours.Very friendly and clean environment.

Horribly rude and inflexible. No empathy or creative thinking. Take your money out and run to a local bank.

My ranking is not specifically for this branch, but for the anti-consumer corporation that is BoA. If you are BoA people, please take the time to look around at the other financial institutions in the area that are better at serving you and growing your money. It is giving me some satisfaction that I am moving my funds away from the corporation that (during the big recession) was found to be foreclosing on homes that it did not own. Yup, fact.At this particular branch, the people are friendly and helpful, but as at every BoA I have been to, they are understaffed. There is so little activity in the buildings that they seem like mortuaries.I once tried to make a moderate sized withdraw from a BoA branch and even though I presented my driver's license and passport, and passed all of the security questions, they would not give me MY money. They insisted that I should go to the branch, just a few miles away, where I more frequently appeared. I was told that this rejection was "for my protection". Oh, thanks so much.I have finally begun separating my money from BoA, and am moving it into a Credit Union that pays interest at a number that does not have a decimal point and a zero in front of it.

I've banked with Bank of America since they were SeaFirst in the 1980's. I've always received good, pleasant service. Sometimes there was only one teller, but the line moved very well along. I'll be a customer here for many years.I especially like the new remodeling style of the bank. It looks great!

Clearly they are hurting at this location if on their off days they charge their fellow community members for parking when they are closed. Hope those $12 can help you that the Diamond Parking Service charged. Great way to be part of the community.

I recently closed my BoA accounts due to too many times going into another branch (Aurora Village) where there was only a single teller waiting on a line of 10 plus people. I noticed while in Edmonds this past week that Bank of America is "temporarily closed" YET AGAIN. Most branches are understaffed. Many branches are closing temporarily. It's just not a bank I want to do business with. Go elsewhere.

TERRIBLE bank...they hate serving people. They told me to go out and make my deposit in ATM. I closed my account. U.S. Bank has nice folks.
