The lady at the drive through (Friday afternoon 04/14/2023) wouldn’t like to serve and do what she is paid for.I withdrew cash and needed change, but she educated me, telling me to use the ATM and then get the change in the bank.Customers’ experience is not this Banner Bank clerk’s priority.A gentleman usually works at the drive through, and he is more helpful than the lady.

I have had a checking account with Banner Bank/Lynnwood for about 10 years and my condo mortgage was with Bank of America. I just completed a refi of my condo loan with Banner Bank - Bric Galuteria handled the process. Bric made it all go extremely smooth and easy. I got a great new interest rate, about the same cost to refi as other banks I looked at -and I am so pleased. I highly recommend Banner Bank and Bric. Good service deserves to be acknowledged! I also highly recommend Ana Newsom with Old Republic Title.

I opened an account shortly after my son was born as a savings account for him. After moving to a new home and never getting any correspondence from Banner bank (ever), I stopped to confirm they had the correct/new address information (this was years ago). For a variety of reasons, I hadn't deposited or withdrawn anything for a few years. Long story short: due to inactivity, Banner bank sent my money to the state, closed my account (they literally had no information on account at bank) and essentially told met that I can file with the state of WA for "unclaimed property/cash". Was told basically that I would have been better off burying it in ground or hiding in a safe. Thanks for squandering my son's money Banner, I will never forget this experience. If I don't find my son's money that you sent off to the state without any notice, you can rest assured that I'll be telling everyone I can about this. I share this also as a future warning to people who have intermittent banking, beware inactive accounts and Banner bank.

Bric, the manager, always handles are account. Today we went in for just a little thing, plopped ourselves down and told him our business. He was so very pleasant. Went out of his way to handle our problem even though we are a small little account. Just nice to feel important.
