Over the last 3 years I purchased 2 car from 2 different dealers. (Supposedly reputable dealers) Got lied too, treated badly, and both cars broke down many many times, causing a tremendous hardship. After my last car broke down for good I was looking into carvana when I received a letter from Mike, a salesperson from Campbell Nelson.
I live almost 200 miles away from the dealership.
Anyways filled out the application just to see what they had to offer. Got approved almost the same day,and at this point not the best credit:
Mike got me into an amazing car and with in days and even had it delivered to me 200 miles away.
Had something that needed fixed, and without hesitation they took care of it. The service department were great, and even gave me a courtesy car. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and Mike and Campbell Nelson are amazing and totally recommend you contact them for your next car purchase. I know I will.

Michael Cardenas is the man! I bought an SUV over the weekend and Mike made the whole financing/buying experience pleasurable. Very knowledgeable in his field along with the friendly staff. The easiest and stress free car buy I’ve ever had. Worked with Mike the finance manager and left with my dream car. I was so stressed regarding buying a new car after bankruptcy but Mike made it so easy and answered all my questions. Mike Cardenas gets a 10/10 stars from me, not only did he put me in a position where I can build my credit up from an unfortunate bankruptcy but he did it with the car I wanted ! he had the compassion and discipline to get the deal done with dignity! And that’s hard to find in car dealerships I would whole heartedly recommend them for all your car needs !!! Especially my man Mike! Happy car hunting :)

Definitely ask for Mike!!
Everything was done quickly and smoothly. We did the online application first and got a response very quickly. Wow!! definitely recommend doing the online process, it was easy and Mike was super patient and helpful. I got the exact car I was looking for.

WOW WOW WOW - what a really great experience I had working with the finance manager “Michael Cardenas” who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for my budget and to thoroughly explain the entire process and even the future. Came here looking for a better vehicle after going through some financial hardships. Doug Chang helped me get into a vehicle that met with my needs for work and suitable for my kids as well. And when needing some work done on my car Doug Chang and Michael Cardenas were quick with setting me up with a loaner till my car was ready for pickup. Michael Cardenas had All questions and concerns were answered very quickly and that were very patient with me on any concerns I may had.

I just purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano and was extremely pleased with the experience. I worked with Nate.in the Sales department. He was so helpful in answering all my questions and not pushy at all. I was then introduced to the Finance Manager, Michael Cardenas and the process was quite smooth, as he made sure I understood things with the financing, and he was efficient and very thorough. He helped me think through the decision and I am so glad I did, as I plan to have this car for several years. I had heard great things about Campbell Nelson and I can verify they are true!
