Excellent service and parts. They have everything I needed to complete the job and repairs on my vehicle. Grateful for all the help and service. Highly recommend this place

I came here to get my battery tested and then ended up needing them to deep charge it. Donnie helped me out and I don't know what they pay him but he deserves a raise or a bonus or some sort of recognition! He was so nice and you could tell that it's more than just a job for him. His passion for his work comes through in his customer service and him going above and beyond brightened my day!

I came in with financial challenges, the primary issue being on the tail end of my Ch. 13 Bankruptcy. Starting with John Schampier, who welcomed me and walked me through the dealership, to Mike Cardenas in financing, I was treated with kindness, respect and felt supported throughout the process. The special financing department was able to work alongside my Bankruptcy Attorney and Trustee to navigate my situation. I am beyond thrilled to be in a 2023 Nissan Rogue! Something I never thought possible. And finally, Donnie Davidson in service made certain I knew how to work the technology in my new car! I am certain that I will be referring friends and family to Campbell Nissan in Edmonds. I am now a customer for life!

Service department charged me $231 for 20 minutes of work just to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car and there was no ECU update! And no work was done at all, plus they told me there was a 3% charge with credit card at the very end! Too late. Won't come back here again and I don't recommend getting your car serviced at this location.

Just took my Leaf in for maintenance for the first time and I could not be happier with how friendly and professional they were. No trying to upsell me or anything. I will definitely be coming back!

I leased a 2023 Ariya. I love the car: smooth, quiet, fast, roomy, and a joy to drive. The leasing process was fatiguing. Salesman was lobbying for a perfect star rating long before the transaction was complete. The the staff seemed very concerned that I download the buggy and intrusive phone app. The lease terms are downright nasty: inflated capitalization cost (my fault), no option to buy, twelve payments required for early termination. I should have just purchased for cash.....hoping others can learn from my mistakes

The Good: Has a shuttle to take you someplace while your car is serviced and to pick you up when your car is ready. Clean Service area. Bad: Was told at time of payment (for service work) that there's a 3% charge using a credit card. This is way too late in the process to tell a customer that credit cards incur an extra 3% to the final bill. Customers need to know earlier to plan for an alternative payment that does not incur the extra 3% (debit card for example).

At the beginning of 2023 my car broke down, and I was having a tough time fixing it. I took it to nissan and Mechanic named Mario, not only fixed my car to the fullest extent, but he also gave me a list of any more underlying issues that might affect my car in the future. This is the best work anyone has ever done on my car in the span of two days, he fixed three different issues that were going on with my car. I've been to other mechanics in the area and they did not inform me or help fix those issues but when I went to Nissan Mario fixed issues that were going on with my car for year's. I would specifically, recommend this mechanic store for Mario. Dude needs a raise and a promotion .

An experience not worth forgetting! Today I bought my first car an INFINITI Q50. When I arrived at the dealership my father and I were greeted by a wonderfully kind woman who said she would have an associate Brad with us shortly since they were a little busy we arrived around 1:40pm and were there until 5pm working with Brad. Brad made my purchase of my dream car so memorable, humorous and fun. I've never worked with someone so kind, and understanding. I was a little nervous to test drive this vehicle since it's so sporty, so he offered to test drive it for me and let me drive it in a parking lot so I wouldn't be so nervous. I also got the honor to work and meet Brad's manager they both made me laugh, as well as feel so comforted and continued to get to know me and my future goals as I'm a full-time college student. Once the purchase of my vehicle was finalized they gave me the keys and there was a small issue with starting the car but Brad brought his manager out to help me make sure the car was perfect to come home with me, words truly can't explain how wonderful the customer service was. I was given a full tank of gas as a congratulations, I couldn't have been more grateful that my first ever car purchase was so extraordinarily memorable.

I brought my Nissan truck in for work and oil and filter change. I had told them I had coupon for oil change . I was told to present it when I came back and I would be taken care of. When I got my bill I was told I could Not use my oil change coupon because I was discounted on the other work that was done. I then ask them if I could use my coupon on my if I could split the work order up or use coupon for Hyundai . I was told yes to bring the Hyundai in. I then made an appointment for the Hyundai oil and filter change. After dropping the car off . They called me and said I couldn't use the coupon. This is not the 1st incident I had there . The coupon was good. It was mailed out from Campbell Nissan. Campbell Nissan of Everett would not accept the coupon The work that was perform on my truck appears to be making the same sound. I would not recommend Campbell Nissan of their service .Another time they did put the oil pan plug on tight and the oil was leaking out in my drive way. Good thing we notice or we could had serious damage to our engine. They give a good talk but horrible service once they suck you in

Recently I made an online reservation for an oil change and car battery replacement. I pulled up at my appointment time and checked in. Before signing the service agreement, I showed a discount coupon on my phone. I asked for the estimated time of service. I walked around the nearby stores and returned to the dealership at the estimated time. The car service was completed on time as expected. After paying for the car service in cash, I noticed my discount coupon was not applied to the invoice. The service advisor had to adjust the total and refund the difference. Luckily I didn't pay with a credit card (3% fee). I was given a voucher for a free car wash. I guess it was a good service experience at Campbell Nissan of Edmonds.

This all occurred in a span of 3 weeks. The receptionist here is VERY rude. I think her name is Lily. Never in my life had I asked for help in less than a minute interaction and was told, "I have other calls coming in so I need to hang up now!" all while laughing at the same time. So I responded, "Excuse me, I called first after not being able to get through so you should be transferring me to where I need to go." "I'M JUST THE RECEPTIONIST AND I HAVE CALLS COMING! I'm hanging up!" And she hung up. Very unprofessional and rude and to be laughing? Honestly, if I had a choice, I would not be going to this dealership based on her rude interaction alone. Another screwed up experience I had with them, I asked if I can get a loaner while my car is being repaired. The service department said, "Sure! No problem! Just drop off before we close." I called back a day later to verify that I would be getting a loaner. A different person told me, "No, you needed to drop your car off at 8:30 and since you didn't, you can't get a loaner." I asked why when the last person I spoke to said that I would be able to get one. "Well, do you know who you spoke with?" I gave them a description and the lady responded, "She is new so she doesn't know." I'm sorry, but I've seen this employee at your store for over 5 months and you're going to tell me at 5 months (possibly more) that she is still new and doesn't know? No, this is a screw up and misinformation by the entire service center. I am continuously given misinformation about loaners. Sometimes I can drop my car next day and get a loaner, then a third time I am told loaners are booked a week in advanced, but when I booked mine I wasn't able to get one? Which is is Campbell of Nissan?! One week in advance or when our car will be serviced for thousands are we only allowed to get loaners? Also, it's expected that car maintenance is expensive especially at a dealership. I picked up my car after spending thousands and two weeks later, I tried to change the battery myself. I wasn't able to get it out. The battery alone was $250 from another location, but for them just take out my battery was $205! After I was told $45, then told $175 because it needed parts (of course, because nothing can ever go smoothly when fixing my car here!) Just to remove the battery!! Since they charge labor by the hour, I'm convinced these people take their sweet ass time so that they can milk that hourly labor costs. I'm not very happy with this place. Every time I bring it in, I come out having more problems. Then the audacity of some guy name "John" texting me saying he recently saw me spend a lot of money on repairs, "How about $500 of that cost goes to a BRAND! NEW! CAR!" In this economy after I dropped thousands on repairs? You think $500 is going to help towards a 20k purchase to make a nice commission for yourself? I managed a car dealership so I know how shady they can be, but Jesus Christ! Icing on the cake of a very stressful situation and they think it was a great idea to try and sell me a new car afterwards? This place literally makes me sick. Extra star because Alex seems like the only person that makes any sense at this place.

Poor customer service, lost a potential lifer. Campbell VW always treated me nice but Nissan was night and day and a complete nightmare.
