Bought a brand new snug top camper from them and had them install on my Tacoma. It leaks heavy from the front corners since day 1. Took it back to have them reinstall and now it leaks even worse. Clearly poor installation, two separate failed installs

Nice folks, helpful on the phone, and always call back, but the finish on my canopy is bad, I'm talking the paint under the clear. And the construction overall.Maybe that's snug top and not them? Ok maybe...But the install job has leaked since day 1, even after I brought it back. Their install guy also removed frame plugs from my frame rail to run wiring to my battery for the aux light... Creative, but I'm not a fan, as it lets water into the frame.Overall, for the price one pays for a canopy I expected a better product quality wise, and better workmanship install wise.This holds true for both the canopies they installed on both my trucks but the most recent one on my Tacoma is far and away worse in every way.

Had a Leer installed with a different key for each window. Figured it wouldn't be a huge deal to have them swapped out. Months later I call to see what the deal is, they tell me they have had the parts (never received a call back). One of the lock cylinders couldn't be locked after the swap, they eventually fixed it again a couple months later. Folks inside always seemed kind of rude and bothered. Waterproofing strip near cab has already failed after about a year and the topper leaks like a sieve now.

Great small business with amazing attitude. I didn't know much about canopies and walked into the store and was immediately greeted and helped the proper way by asking the right questions. I knew exactly what is right for me within minutes and they worked hard to find the parts necessary to get the work done very fast. I came back within a week to get it installed and they showed great honor when they didn't charge me extra for the more expensive canopy they put on my car that was delivered in place of my original order. Although I offered them to pay, they insisted on holding their part of the deal that they had made. Nowadays, such honor and service is rare. Strongly recommend.

Good variety of options and quickly got my paint-matched SnugTop installed. Had to come back for some poorly applied clear coat (from the factory) which needed to be repaired on-site. Was a hassle to come back and leave the canopy, but people are nice and fair

I bought a Leer canopy from Canopy World last year. I found the Edmonds location has great customer service.Sam, the technician, removed the canopy so I could install an antenna bracket, then reinstalled it. Sam is knowledgeable, careful and quick. I recommend the Edmonds location. A good group to bring your business.

Purchased a Leer Top and told it would take 3-6 months and i was total okay with this giving the limitations around Covid and getting materials. I didn’t hear from them after 7 months so i called and sure enough my canopy was sitting there and NEVER reached out to me. They finally installed my canopy and rear break light wasn’t working. I was told the issue was needed a diode and needed to ordered and once again i didn’t hear from from AGAIN and contacted and sure enough they had the part and didn’t call me. I take my truck back to them 55 minutes each way and diode didn’t resolve the issue. Told me they would need to order another wiring harness and two months later i still haven’t heard from them (assuming they have the part and don’t want to call me) I’ll be contacting Leer top directly for a solution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

In August I originally ordered a canopy from the place a few miles north, and waited until December for delivery, but then the canopy was the wrong size. I cancelled my order and went to Canopy World, and the service was 100% professional and efficient, plus the canopy came in about a month earlier than promised. The installer was extremely good, took time to explain all the details of the canopy. Granted, the counter service could have been a little friendlier, but they weren't rude by any means, and they took care of business.

I have height restrictions due to parking, they helped me find the right sized canopy and ladder rack that is removable... just in case. So they have the products many contractors can use. Including lumber racks, sliding beds and other covers.

What I liked about Canopy World Edmonds: 1. Location 2. Choices . What I did not like: 1. Service 2. Install 3. Follow up. My story: The SnugTop did not close properly. The manager would not get out of his chair and look at it. The installer told me you have to slam it. I was on a 2 month RV trip and it got worse, would not close and lock on top failed to operate. I went back upon return, again, the manager told me they can’t fix the latch so send it back (will take a month or more) to the factory. I scheduled a visit for the return and a different installer said that is no problem, took 5 minutes, made an adjustment and it works perfectly! So upon the first install, they were just lazy, the second fix was a waste and the third time if I did not have the luck of running into the tech I would be without my canopy for months. This store is poorly managed, unpredictable and after spending well over $2,500 they never said thank you for the business or showed any appreciation for the business. Very frustrating - the product works great - the Edmonds store is another story.

Serviced my Snugtop canopy despite it being out of warranty for free to fix defects in the canopy that caused it to leak badly. It's rained hard for a few days now and not a drop inside. These folks understand that good service makes for a good customer experience.
