I went to them when my hatch back window was busted out. They were awesome about the whole process. Not to mention they were extremely professional. I went back to them with my hatch back leaking and Haffo (sp??) spent 2 hours trying to figure out what and where the leak was. He figure out it was leaking, but couldn't figure out exactly where. He never charged me because he never fixed anything. The customer service he gave was beyond awesome. Thank you very much. I will be going back if I need to.

Visited them years back after a wreck, and just again paid them a visit to have a cracked windshield replaced. Extremely personable and helpful staff both in the office and in the shop, very reasonable prices, and zero complaints about installation. Will definitely return in the future.

Haffo and Car Tech Auto Glass was referred to me by a technician who did not have the exact tool to fix my sunroof leaking problem. Everyone on staff at Car Tech Auto Glass, in the garage and office, greated me with a kind smile and helped, and Haffo quickly fit me it and solved the sunroof leak problem. I am MOST IMPRESSED and thankful!!! I appreciate you all!! I highly recommend!!!

Several other shops declined my job when they found out I had an older Land Cruiser because it was “too difficult”. A previous botched windshield replacement had caused some rust issues, so I needed them to take out the windshield, let me have the rust repaired, and then come back and reinstall another day. They were totally flexible about that, and it was obvious watching him work that this was not another botched job, and he knew how to do the job right.

Car Tech did a WONDERFUL job replacing the windshield and recalibrating the camera on my Audi. They worked with my insurance (State Farm) to get OEM glass approved. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you!!! 🙏

From the minute I pulled up to Car Tech Auto Glass, I was greeted with such genuine kindness from the two gentlemen in the shop that I was taken aback. I had some initial questions about a broken rearview mirror, and with confidence, they assured me that it would be an easy fix. They did great work and offered excellent advice. I hope that I don't break another windshield, but if I do, I will be excited to come back to see these new friends. The level of customer service here is enviable! Highly recommended!

They are awsome. Very friendly and their customer service is excellent. I was referred to them by a friend that works at a Dealership that I purchase Toyota parts for my customers cars and my own vehicles too. They replaced my windshield in my 2023 4 Runner.They were done in one day and this vehicle has proximity cameras that have to be aimed. My experience was great.They have The personal touch with their customers that so many shops don't have. This is how we run our automotive repair shop and it goes along way with our customers. I will refer all my customers to Car Tech for their Auto Glass needs.

We had them put a new windshield in our Acura rdx. They did an excellent job! You’d never know anything ever happened. They’re super professional and very friendly. I’ll be recommending them and will definitely be back if I need anything auto glass related.

These folks replaced the windshield on my 2007 Land Cruiser 100% correctly, which isn't something to take for granted! It may be surprising, but some vehicles (like mine) have a quirky, atypical windshield design. Budget installers often botch this by using incorrect seals, or screws in place of the factory rivets. With these botched installs, you might get wind noise, or hidden rust around the seal. But even worse, water can leak past the seal and drip on the electronics in the dash, which can be so expensive to fix, the vehicle is essentially totaled. There are many horror stories of this on the Land Cruiser owners forums.
My technician, Haffo, was already super familiar with the quirks of this vehicle, and walked me through the plan for replacement. They used factory parts, cleaned out the rust from the prior subpar install, and generally did stuff by the book. This shop cares deeply about quality and craftsmanship in their work.

What a clown show. First of all even if you have an appointment there is no place to pull in. The vehicles in front of the business are not even customers. So go down the street and call. Then they want you to go down 99 do a u-turn and park part way out in the street lane. I pulled up behind cars being sure to be out of the street and they wanted to move my vehicle into the street, I said no. Then they said well I’m new at this so it will take a half hour. It took almost an hour to fill a rock chip smaller than a quarter. And left a couple drops of resin on the window.
Do yourself a favor and go to Safelite where they are professionals.
