Jeff Lulay, foreman, is excellent and very compassionate with the needs of customers and his crew. John Wagner, lead installer, did an excellent job installing luxury vinyl tile for us. Karastan sent defective vinyl tiles but Kevin Columbro, owner/manager, and the crew worked wonders to adjust schedules and complete our project. I used Reliable to select products for a new home I purchased in 1978 and I am still just as impressed with their service in 2025. We thank them for their careful attention to our needs during this complete replacement of floor covering in our current condo unit.”
