Just got my Tundra back and I can't tell where the slash was in the side of my truck! They did an amazing job and incredible work! It took a few weeks to fix, but I love how they sent me text messages every 1-3 days to give me an update on the progress. I felt well informed without having to call and talk to anybody. Definitely recommend!

Car Star goes above and beyond, by far the best body shop I've dealt had work done. This is my 4th time, they even vacuumed and washed my car!

good service and cheap when going through insurance. Did provide their service quite early and have tie up with enterprise who pick you up and drop you at their location if needed. A good recommendation.

CARSTAR was wonderful to work with. Their process was explained thoroughly by front staff and I received frequent updates on the progress of repairs. I was also very pleased with the shops work quality, my car looked beautiful upon pick up.

The absolute worst customer service and communication. They had my car for over two weeks and would only call once a week to tell me they have to keep my car for another week. They had to release my car to me after two weeks because the part they were waiting for was back ordered. You can’t control back orders on parts but you can be better about communicating the issue at hand instead of trying to hide it and wait until a Friday to tell me I won’t have a car for another week. I didn’t receive a call from carstar in over a month and thought I would call for an update. They told me they would need to call the parts dealership to find out. I called the parts dealership myself to get an update on the part. I was told it should arrive the day after I called. I waited a week and didn’t hear anything from Carstar. I called the parts dealership again to see if the part ever arrived to be sent to carstar for repair only to find out Carstar should have received it the day I called. So they were sitting on the part I’ve been waiting for over a month for another week. I called to schedule the service. When I went to pick it up the receptionist went to grab the guy that’s been handling my account and he loudly said oh is that the upset customer. Again poor customer service. I paid in cash and I suspect if I had gone through my insurance instead they probably would have been more on top of things because my insurance would not have paid them until it was complete. Poor business ethic and the worst communication. I would not recommend to anyone and will be giving the same feedback to the dealership that recommended them.

Carstar Collision Clinic Edmonds is my new go-to repair shop! They were amazing in getting my Mazda CX-30 back to good-as-new shape. From the estimate process to checking in, to getting the Enterprise rental taken care of, it was all fantastic. Oh, and they did a great job on the car which I guess is most important. Paint looks great and all the sensors work fine. Top this all off with daily text updates and a timely repair and you have one satisfied and returning (hopefully not too soon or too often) customer! Thank you team!

Overall, great. The one thing I would have liked to have happened was an estimated time the car would have been finished. The first day it was there I had to call for an update.
