These guys were absolutely fantastic! Fixed my bent wheel rim and saved me a lot of money by determining that the tire rubber was still good. Honest and great service! And stayed open till when they said! (I had to cut it close!) Thanks Cascade Wheel!

Very happy with repair. Had curb rash on one expensive 3 piece aluminum wheel. They repaired for $248. Could not find the repair the wheel looked new.

These guys were able to repair a damaged Chrome rim good as New at a great price. Very helpful and upfront. They will definitely be my go to tire shop.

Fixed a caved in lip on my alloy wheel at a reasonable price. You can barely tell it was even tweaked. Edit, after reading the review about them not honoring quoted prices, don't worry. I was handed a comprehensive written estimate by a gentleman while dropping off. The lady working when I picked up honored it.

Cascade Wheel were the first shop who said they would be able and willing to straighten two bent wheels on my grandma’s Hyundai, after calling several different places. I walked in on a Saturday and they got it done the same day. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car needed new rear tires as well, and they had a pair in stock that matched the fronts for a good deal. Two of the wheel covers were too bent to be saved, but they had a matching set of factory wheel covers from a takeoff that they went ahead and installed on the car. That was nice.
While I was there I was admiring some of the powder coated wheels they had on display, their aftermarket selection, and quite a few used takeoff alloy wheels. If anything happens to the alloy wheels on my cars, I’ll know where to go. Would recommend!

I had wheel rash that needed repairs and this shop did a very professional job with the repair. I can’t even see where the damage was. So many bad reviews I read had me cautious, but this shop was nothing but helpful. I would recommend their work for this type of service.

Needed to get one wheel starightened and one wheel welded from the drift car. Called and spoke to a female who told me $248. I also explained to the female I needed the wheels by Thursday evening as we had an event on Friday. She said no problem as the welder comes in on Thursdays. Perfect! I brought both wheels in and although the female was there I was passed off to a younger male. The male helped get the wheels out of the truck. I told the male what I was quoted. I also explained I did not need the wheels balanced or any of the nicks and scratches fixed as this was going to go back on the drift car. The male stated he would call me if the work was going to be more than the estimate. I told him great as it may not be worth the wheel or wheels.
At 3 pm on Thursday I called to check on status of wheels. Female said she would check and call me right back.
After 1 hour and 45 minutes I called. I spoke to a male who stated the wheels were done. I asked him the price to verifiy it was still $248. The male stated it was not and I should come in and talk to the female to work something out.
I came in and spoke to the female. She denied ever saying $248 to me over the phone. The female kept saying the young male was not working today. The female stated when they went to straighten the wheel it cracked and they had to weld it in 2 locations. I asked why I did not even get a call and again she stated the male was not working today. The female kept telling me she was giving me a break and would not charge me $25 to remount the tires. The bill ended up being $486 which I paid.
I went to collect the wheel and they weren't even done! I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the wheels to be done!
I can't fault the work as the wheels look reparied and straight.
I would not do business with this place as the front person I dealt with is dishonest and has no customer service at all.

Cascade Wheel is amazing! Brought my car in on a Wednesday to have my wheels powder coated white and needed it back by Friday. Not only did they get it back to me early but my car looks amazing! Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable and I had a great time working with them. Highly recommend coming here for any work!
