CESCO was very helpful when we needed a medical bed quickly. They were able to find a bed and add it to their deliveries for the next day. The delivery people were also very kind and efficient. I would recommend CESCO for their products and also their personal service and care.

They've always had what I've been looking for, and for what seems to be fair pricing. The level of customer service is attentive, I've always been acknowledge upon entry and questions have been answered satisfactorily. The only DME store in the area with a showroom and stock of disposable items!

I was just there for help and they knew I was worth no money to them from the beginning. I got fantastic help from friendly young lady who wasn't so hard to get good laughs with. She also told me to call her back If I have another issue.

Best warranty on repairs if you purchase thier equipment. Several years after purchase, one of the alluminum arms attached to the hand brakes sheared clean off from wieght. We were thrilled they were able to look up our information and get it fixed within 24 hrs for Freee!

Wonderful, very helpful staff - helped with with every part of the process from helping me pick out a walker appropriate for my mom, to showing me how to operate it and fold it, to submitting paperwork to medicare for reimbursement. Can't recommend highly enough!!

TERRIBLE customer service. Clerk was unable to provide correct sizing and issued a product that could not be worn. When we asked to exchange for the next larger size, they refused to exchange the product. We submitted our concern to the owners via their website...... no response. Found out too late that the identical products are also available elsewhere much cheaper. AVOID this business,

TERRIBLE customer service. Clerk issued the wrong size product, and it could not be worn. The next day they refused to exchange for the next larger size. Email request to the managers/owners for support was ignored. Avoid this business.

I called yesterday afternoon and was able to pickup the Lift chair by 10:30 a.m the next day. My inquiry by phone was answered promptly, very nice and so accommodating. Made pymt over phone and pickup was easy. Have used before as they really do have the best prices.

As I became a senior citizen, I have sometimes needed help from the Lynnwood Cesco Medical staff. My most recent experience was the purchase of a Nova Star Lock & Lift walker on 1-19-21 that I needed to help me walk around my condo while my hip joint problem is treated. The staff followed Covid 19 protocols. The walker was pre-assembled and its features were demonstrated to me. This experience was so much easier than ordering on the Internet, waiting for delivery, and assembling the walker at home. I am giving this business the highest rating possible!

I have a monthly order of bandage supplies I have been getting through Cesco. My main issue is they want me to call them 5 days before my perception is due to have them fill it. I feel that they know I need my bandage supplies on the second of each month when the script can be refilled. Why should I have to call for a re accruing order. I would even accept a partial order and the remainder to follow a week or so later. When I run out of bandage supplies my legs get damage from improper bandaging setting my healing back each time. This is very flusterating.
