I have banked with Chase for years. I went in last week to open a business account (I just got my LLC and everything for it). The man helping me asked what my company/business is (I am an independent mortgage broker and needed to open a separate business account for better accounting for my commission income). The man excused himself for about 5 minutes (I believe he went to speak with the manager), and he came back and said "we can't open a business account for you". I said "why?". He said I don't know, I was just told we can't". I again asked why? He again said he didn't know. I said I would like an explanation. He still would not give me one. I didn't know whether to take it personally or not? I left embarrassed. Still no specific reason why they would not let me open the account. How rude. Terrible customer service. I drove a few blocks away to WaFd Bank and told them what had just happened and asked them if I can open a business account there, and they were happy to help! I will be moving all of my accounts to WaFd now.

Quick and easy trip through the drive-thru. Attentive tellers that worked quickly to process our transaction. The inside, from what we could see, looks clean and orderly. We have found that Chase branch tellers are quite friendly and seem to enjoy their interactions with customers, especially regulars.

Came in with my husband who has an account here to get some checks deposited before our vacation. We were in a rush and they didn't have a line at all so that was awesome. The teller welcomed us over right away and helped my husband in a really friendly, efficient manner. I would open an account here but due to the required monthly balance and/or fee to have an account, I stay away. This location has a small parking lot and is located in downtown Edmonds.

I was just waited on by a man who could not speak. All around this branch is really unprofessional and not friendly. Go to the branch on 205th, they are great there. This branch all around just makes me feel like I am too friendly or ask too many questions about my account. Update: They have gotten better, some people are doing a better job. But still prefer to go elsewhere.

Not a bad location at all. The drive thru can get busy, so prepare for that. But this is an easy location to locate and get in and out of. The parking lot is pretty wide open and every teller I've met here are pretty nice.

I have had Chase for several years now after dealing with BOA it was a nice change. That is until I started dealing with their customer service over the phone. Absolutely horrid! I decided I wanted to cancel my account and went into this location. I met with someone named Sean who moved and no longer works there, but he was fantastic! He answered all my questions and was there whenever I needed anything. Like said, he left and I was ready to close ny account again. I met with Brandon M., probably the BEST person at Chase. He is very nice, informative, and simply offers the best customer service someone could give. He also follows up with his clients which is very rare nowadays. I live in Mukilteo currently but this is still my go-to Chase Bank :) As a side note, all banks charge 5-6 bucks for cashing a check when you don't bank with them.

I had to ask for a help may be 5 times now with some not so pleasant bank account stuff and every time they were absolutely so nice about it and handled it in a very comfortable atmosphere. I don't like doing bank related anything just because of the though how I have to face another representative fake smiling and trying to fix something. This is not the case here, they genuinely are happy to help you and no judgments! They also made sure that the each situation was fixed in max possible way. Every time I go in with fear and leave so happy and relived. One of the best costumer service there is!!! Thank you!

Never in my life would I open an account with this bank. I went in to cash a check drawn off the bank and they charged me a $6 cashing fee! Ive never heard of such a thing! The big dork said he would waive the fee if I opened an account. I told him I dont do business that way.
