I worked with Officer, Raina Eladem, to address issues I had with the Chase Amazon Visa Card. She was professional, courteous and clear in her communications with all of their partnership representatives. She was able to efficiently resolve my issue and was extremely patient with being transferred 4 times within their system. She deserves huge accolades!

Eric Radcliffe has gone above and beyond, as a client advisor of my investments. He is punctual and his communication is excellent. I am so happy I walked in and met him, when I did. He has changed my life for the better and I will be forever grateful for his professionalism. I can not recommend Eric Radcliffe enough to anyone, who needs assistance with their finances!

The bank employees are very unprofessional. Over the phone, the bank operator told me that I needed to contact the bank branch to resolve my issue. At the bank, two girls tried to help me, held me for an hour, then told me that I needed to call a phone number. That is, they did not know how to solve my problem. The bank operator again said on the phone that I could only solve my problem at the bank. I lost half a day in this bank branch. I do not recommend contacting this bank branch.

Unsure about all these bad customer service reviews.... I've had a great experience going in and banking with Chase.
I make deposits and get change for a local business a few times a week. They require an ID for change of over $100, which makes perfect sense. So ensure you do bring that with you if needed.
I've absolutely enjoyed my experience!! And I enjoy doing bank runs for work now. It's not something I was super about before, haha.
JC is one of the nicest bank tellers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Kind and courteous and very funny too.
I am looking forward to coming in again next week.

Awful customer service. Tried to open up an account for my daughter and the Clerk literally rolls his eyes, sighed and stated “let me see what I can do”. Calls the two clerks just sitting at their desks scrolling the internet. I guess the manager (?) tried to help and send me to some far location since he assumed I was not from the area. Manager seriously made the assumption I was not from Edmonds. Meanwhile not one Chase employee even asked if I had an account with them.Second time I had to deal with Chase and bad customer service to try and open a new bank account, other Chase being in Lynnwood. I guess it’s time to look for a new bank.

Rude front counter customer service the worst. She would tell you that you weren’t allowed to do something and state bank policy. I had been here for over 10 years when asked when she paused and said last two weeks. I later called the bank no policy found. Why would you want to deposit money to people who are not trustworthy I know I don’t now searching for a bank with better service and ethics.

I have banked with Chase for years. I went in last week to open a business account (I just got my LLC and everything for it). The man helping me asked what my company/business is (I am an independent mortgage broker and needed to open a separate business account for better accounting for my commission income). The man excused himself for about 5 minutes (I believe he went to speak with the manager), and he came back and said "we can't open a business account for you". I said "why?". He said I don't know, I was just told we can't". I again asked why? He again said he didn't know. I said I would like an explanation. He still would not give me one. I didn't know whether to take it personally or not? I left embarrassed. Still no specific reason why they would not let me open the account. How rude. Terrible customer service. I drove a few blocks away to WaFd Bank and told them what had just happened and asked them if I can open a business account there, and they were happy to help! I will be moving all of my accounts to WaFd now.

We have multiple accounts (investment, credit card) with Chase, and this branch refused to provide medallion signature guarantee (for adding a bank to our Treasury Direct account) without specific reason. Terrible customer service.

Don't support this bank, Chase dumped almost 300 billion into fossil fuel projects last year. They are profiting off of climate change.
