Thank you very much Dr Perry care team for helping with me with first time visit to CHC of Snohomish. Thank you the front desk for helping make checking in quick and easy and help me with making appointments for my two daughters. I’m happy with the visit. Dr Perry, Mike, and staffs are friendly, professional, and show much caring. I’m glad to have found CHC of Snohomish to care for our family. I feel that we’ll be in good hands. Thank you all!

literally, the most traumatizing experience I have ever had a medical facility….. so disappointed and come to find out…. After talking with multiple other parents, they had similar experiences of which were very disappointing at this specific facility.!!!!!!! i saw doctor oprea do not see Dr. oprea because literally so rude so stuck up so inconsiderate will walk in and out of the room. Treat the patient like total trash.

I have been going to CHC Edmunds for about a year. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My PCP is Dr Andrew Perry. I truly could not ask for a better physician. He is absolutely fantastic. He really works with his patients to provide the best care possible.

Dr.Martimez gets 5 stars however the front office staff is lucky to get 3. They get 3 instead of zero because they got it together and saved face. What's the problem? I went to the check out window & was ignored for 4-5 mins- finally 1 of the 5 women flagged me over & said" you have to come over here if you want help, we can't see you over there" I laughed thinking they HAD TO BE joking but they weren't so I replied quickly w/my best snarky tone while rolling my eyes "oh I'm sorry I didn't know you couldn't see me there.Worst customer service ever- nothing like feeling like your inconveniencing the business you spend Money.As seen in the photo the entire area is surrounded glass - couldn't see me huh? Ridiculous and actually offensive

I’ve seen two different doctors here already and they where both very dismissive but Dr. Martinez takes the cake! He was kind at first and I thought oh I finally found a doctor that actually listens to my symptoms and wants to help but no! My last 2 visits with him were the worst. I brought my mom with me for one because I thought maybe if I have someone with me he will take me seriously! Nooo I was wrong my mom asked him if my symptoms could be due to moving here because Washington is at a higher elevation and I’ve lived below sea level my whole life in Indio cal which Btw is below sea level and he spoke to my mom as if she was stupid and said that’s not possible if it was below sea level you’d be under water! My mom pulled out her phone and showed him and he just replied that’s a little bit, it’s not that. My final visit I brought my Boyfriend and that didn’t help either Joseph Martinez was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. No compassion whatsoever and kept saying it’s anxiety because that easier than trying to figure what the actual problem is. He was so rude and dismissive to the point that I had to just walk out. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN IF YOU NEED ACTUAL CARE. HE IS UNEDUCATED AND DEFINITELY NOT IN THIS FIELD FOR THE RIGHT REASONS!

I have been a patient of Dr. Richards for the past 7 years. My experience with her has been wonderful. She truly cares for her patients, always listened to my concerns and followed up to see how I was doing. I feel very fortunate that I found her.

I have been going to Andrew Perry M.D. at Community Health Center for many years. The experience is always very good. He is a person of great integrity, who I trust implicitly. His knowledge of the aging process and medicine has been very helpful for me. The support staff there is helpful as well.
